Pros:

La recepcionista fue muy agradable. La habitación estaba bien y los colchones eran muy comodos

Cons:

No se podía abrir la puerta del todo porque rozaba con el Vater. Pero el baño es bastante amplio

Stanza pulita e letto molto comodo.
Bus comodo a poche fermate dalla spiaggia e dal centro.

Cons:

La stanza aveva una finestra cieca, la stanza davvero buia e senza possibilità di arieggiare la camera.
Il prezzo non è comparabile a una stanza luminosa, come da foto a piani più alti.
La colazione minimal.

Good location but can improve property cleanness
Pros:

The lady in the reception was nice. She allowed my husband to use her phone as ours were not working properly. Beds are comfortable enough for a two-day stay. Relatively close to the beach and casco viejo. We like to walk and didn’t mind the 30-60’ walks. Street parking available for a fee

Cons:

Room 212. Shower and floors were dirty. Walls can use a paint touch as are pretty stained. Don’t expect water bottles in your room. We were left two towels for three people. Instructions on how to open the front door after 5pm were not sent to us. However, we contacted the phone number on our reservation and received the instructions verbally. Air conditioning in room which was a plus.

Decent stay, but high price for a mid-tier hotel.
Pros:

Decent room size and amenities. Staff at front desk was very helpful and attentive.

Excellent modern hotel
Pros:

Modern ,clean , comfortable and quiet and bang on the bus route direct to city centre . Host was friendly ( and spoke good English) and offered lots of local knowledge . Beds large and very comfortable . It was excellent value for money .

Excelente hotel
Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda con cama extra grande y una decoración muy moderna con todo lo necesario para una estadía más que agradable. Todo muy limpio y muy cuidado. Si bien estuvimos tres días en Santander hubiera sido muy cómodo para una estadía más larga. Los desayunos fueron excelentes y la atención del personal muy esmerada.
