Prima verblijf om san sebastian te bezoeken
Pros:

Prima hotel voor een dagje San Sebastian met lekkere bedden en alles wat je nodig hebt in principe. Ligt in een prima buurt met gezellige Spaanse caféetjes en restaurants dichtbij. Goede busconnectie langs de baai naar stadscentrum

Cons:

Erg basic en om de een of andere reden waren alle prijzen in dat weekend schrikbarend hoog in San Sebastian, zo ook van dit hotel. Ontbijt hebben we op aanraden van een andere gast gegeten in het ondergelegen barretje.

Très bon séjour. La chambre est grande et très propre. Hôtel à proximité des lignes de bus.
Pros:

La surface de la chambre, le grand lit, la propreté, les équipements, les services proposés par l'hôtel, la situation géographique de l'hôtel, la climatisation (surtout par ces fortes chaleurs) la proximité des bus.

Cons:

Le manque d'insonorisation (réveillé à 6h du matin par les bruits dans la rue (plutôt calme) et par les voisins de l'hôtel ( chambres voisines et au-dessus, volets roulants, on entend les gens parler)

Hôtel calme et à proximité d'un supermarché.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner assez pauvre mais ça dépanne sans plus.
Assez cher, mais ça c'est tout San Sebastien !
Personnel d'accueil aimable mais avec des horaires très restreints. Impossible de laisser les valises entre 13h00 et 16h00 après checkout à cause l'indisponibilité du personnel.

We stayed 3 days here with my husband and son. First of all the location is far from everything, we were walk a lot, by the bus it was also 15 mim to go to the city centre. No restaurants around, we stayed hungry. Breakfast is poor, just coffee, bread, yogurt and tree pieces of cheese. Cleaning is bad: sand on the floor creaked under my foot, linens have never been changed. No shampoo, no water, no kettle
The price was too high for this accommodation.

Pros:

Lage nicht direkt im Zentrum, daher etwas ruhiger und gute wenn auch kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten, insgesamt gute Ausstattung, auch in der näheren Umgebung gut erreichbare Restaurants

Cons:

Hatten offensichtlich mit dem Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes etwas Pech, Klimaanlage nicht funktionsfähig, da elektrische Installationsarbeiten im Haus, Austausch des Schlüsselsystems im laufenden Betrieb (von der Planung her sicher zu überdenken, ob dies sinnvoll ist), Personal sehr höflich, aber man hat den Eindruck das Hotel läuft so nebenher (die meisten Mitarbeiter beschäftigen sich mehr mit ihren Laptops), kein Frühstück möglich, zwingend erforderlicher pre Check in nur über limehome möglich nicht über booking (das scheint bewusst so zu sein)

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet

Cons:

Da es immer weniger Personal gibt, muss man den Checkin online machen. So lange alles funktioniert o.k... wenn etwas nicht funktioniert, wird es schwierig. Ich wünsche mir schon eine Rezeption mit Menschen. Es ist trotzdem ein tolles Hotel.
