The staff was very friendly and answered any questions or concerns that I had. I really liked that you can use your room card to get in and out of the room and the parking lot as well.
There was nothing that I didn’t like
This is an ideal place to park a car when flying in and out of Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. The parking is inexpensive if you book online, and they have a free airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. It's also great to be able to stay where your car is before or after a long flight. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet, and the staff is very nice
We often wish there were better restaurants in the immediate neighborhood.

Nothing at all
The staff was very unfriendly and not resourceful. The lights was out for over five hours and nobody came up to the eighth floor to assist me with my disabled brother.
Very clean
No hot water the entire stay, and a wind stormer knocked the power out for 8hours! And then when I wanted to extend my stay one day I was told another security deposit had to be held!!
There were three elevators only one worked. The carpet smelled stale. Parking and breakfast overpriced. It needs renovations
Comfortable, clean, conveniently located overall, friendly staff
The power went out for several hours, making it difficult to find food and connect to wifi. The room got super warm without the AC working. This is not anybody's fault, especially as the entire neighborhood was without power following a storm. Just thought it was a bit strange that there was no backup source of power?
Also, I wish there was a shuttle to the international terminal.

Location was convenient and the area was surrounded by attractions food and different amenities that were needed on my trip
after checking in at 3:30, the power went out at the hotel until 1:45 AM no air-conditioning no lights no elevators and they said because I booked through a third-party they cannot provide me a refund or any type of discount on my stay . I travel frequently and I’ve never been at a hotel that went out of power without a generator for such a long period of time and I had my children with me.
