Exceptional Guest Service Representative
Pros:

Derrick, guest services representative, was amazing. His personality was the highlight of my stay. Derrick was very kind and did his best to accommodate me during my entire stay. Thank you, Derrick!

Terrible Customer Service
Pros:

Atlanta Airport North. I double booked my room (same person, same night) through booking.com, non-refundable. I submitted the request through booking to cancel and refund one of the rooms with the explanation that I accidently double booked. That request was denied. I called the Sonesta manager, and she refused to refund as well. I left a vm with the director, who never returned my call. Sent a message to the GM, with no response. Then I found out they charge an additional $25 to park your car. Never again. I'm in customer service and this is shameful.

Terrible experience overall
Cons:

Horrible experience. Was handed the wrong room which was clearly under renovation, had multiple industrial fans and no bed or furniture. When I went down to speak to staff, no apology or explaination, just handed another key

Convenient, but I would not choose to stay again, primarily due to the rude front desk person.
Pros:

the bed was comfortable

Cons:

It was late, a LOT of people were stranded. One receptionist for 60+ people waiting. Finally, another front desk agent arrived, but she was VERY rude to people.
Iwas booked into 902. The door is hidden, around a blind corner. A mention of this at reception when key card is offered would have helped a lot
I could not seem to adjust the heating control, the room was very cold
The TV did not work

Pros:

Great hotel room, super clean, and spacious

Cons:

The parking is ridiculous. we had to pay to park and then they were supposed to give you a ticket for your car to get towed but they didn’t give it to us. at like 1am we had to go down to the lobby to ask for one because we saw people getting towed. Also, the staff just wasn’t the friendliest

Amazing! Would rebook my next visit.
Pros:

My family and I stayed here for our Family reunion and service was amazing!! Any issues I had were quickly resolved and I especially enjoyed Elisha and Derrick at the front desk for making me family feel so welcomed.

Awesome hospitality!
Pros:

First time at Sonesta Hotel ATL. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and clean. Cost was good for a weekend getaway. No noise. The service was excellent and the hospitality of the front great. Derrick checked us out and his attitude and personality was a pleasure. Kind and polite. Amenities great!
