I have been in Boston multiple times, but never in this area as solo traveller, I knew the Hotel as I was very often downtown, but this time with the family and graduation time at Berklee and other Colleges we decide to try it out. It was the best decision ever, the Valet parking excellent, the rooms amazingly good and comfy beds, amazing breakfast and Lobby. Convenient Location to discover BackBay, and Downtown.
If I have to say something its the Paid WIFI , not used to it, but if you are a member of the Vonvoy network its free.
property was great location - attached to the mall was a convenience
noisy room - very small -but hotel itself was disappointing

This is a convention center hotel attached to the Prudential center in Boston which gives you easy access to dining, shopping and entertainment. Outside of the location, the hotel offers nothing else. For the stay, it is extremely overpriced, loud and uncomfortable. WiFi is purchase only, internet TV doesn’t load and the beds and pillows are catastrophically uncomfortable. Literally, all I was paying for at this hotel was a place to sleep, and that was miserable. The beds are old and soft, and the pillows can’t even be described as pillows. Every night I hoped morning would come quickly so I could get out of the bed, even though I was exhausted. Outside of the bed, the room only offers an odd bench (no throw pillows or extra blankets) and a cushioned dining chair. You can see out into the hallway around the door frame, and you can hear everything. I went to the front desk to let them know how uncomfortable I was. I asked for different pillows at 7:50pm, and after calling down 3 additional times, they brought new pillows to my room at 11:47 pm, an hour after I had gone to bed. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to sleep, this isn’t your hotel. Attending a conference at this hotel is almost license for them to not do anything to improve your stay, because the conference location takes precedence over the hotel stay. I would suggest staying elsewhere, even if you are attending a conference, as there are other properties attached to the prudential center. I travel regularly, and this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in years.
Location
For 300 a night I’d like better WiFi
terrible attention to clients.
Ubicación y el desayuno
No pude dejar las maletas por dos días ya que iba a regresar al mismo hotel
