For the money paid we were expecting a more professional and generous facility.
Pros:

It’s big and conveniently located.

Cons:

The doors of the hotel slam so strongly that it is never quiet and in fact very disturbing in the morning hours. The room cleaning lady kept knocking on our door to ask if we want the room cleaned despite the fact that the Privacy Sign was placed out. To deliver a cup of coffee to the room, they would charge 6$!! Outrageous

Very Pleasant Stay
Pros:

The pool area is lovely and comfortable, and there is also an excellent gym on-site. The rooms and facilities are very well maintained and were spacious. I do wish the beds were bigger though as they were a little on the small side.

The hotel’s location is a major advantage, as it is very easy to get around and there is direct access to the Prudential Center. Our favourite breakfast spot was Pressed Cafe which can also be reached entirely undercover, especially convenient when it is raining!

Cons:

Our first room was directly next to the elevator shaft, and the noise of the lifts operating throughout the night made it very difficult to sleep. We asked to move rooms, and the staff handled our request quickly and efficiently. Other than this, the hotel was excellent. However, I would strongly recommend requesting a room away from the elevator shafts.

بشكل عام، كل شيء كان ممتازًا من حيث الخدمة والموقع ومستوى الفندق، ولدي ملاحظة واحدة فقط تتعلق بوجبة الإفطار.
كان حجزي يشمل الإفطار لشخصين لمدة ستة أيام، ولكن عند التوجه لتناول الإفطار في كل مرة كان يتم إبلاغنا بضرورة ألا تتجاوز قيمة الإفطار مبلغ 75 دولارًا مخصصًا لشخص واحد فقط.

Cons:

Front desk seems irritated when requesting a kettle. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room, when we removed the privacy tag by 12pm.
