Always what I expect, I will be back for sure.
Pros:

I liked that I was on a high floor away from the elevator, the bed was very comfy and the cleanliness was great.

Cons:

The A/C was a little noisy. One of the elevators was broken throughout the stay.

Pros:

La stanza, non molto grande ma con una splendida vista, letti comodi e tutti i comfort. Buona la colazione. Personale attento e gentile. Posizione eccezionale, siamo riusciti a muoverci quasi esclusivamente a piedi visitando l'intera città.

Cons:

Consigliamo di prestare attenzione alle condizioni relative alla colazione, scritte esclusivamente in inglese. Nel nostro caso eravamo in tre e la colazione compresa nel prezzo era per sole due persone ed ammontava ad un totale di 75 dollari oltre le tasse. Per il bambino, quindi, avremmo dovuto pagare a parte. Di fatto non ci hanno addebitato nulla poiché ha mangiato pochissimo (ringraziamo la responsabile di sala). Sempre riguardo alla colazione, nel weekend è a buffet mentre durante la settimana è alla carta, con i limiti già indicati e prezzi piuttosto elevati (ad es. 9 dollari per un croissant, 5 dollari un bicchiere di succo d'arancia). Specifichiamo che l'hotel indica chiaramente queste condizioni sul sito e in sala e che booking, sebbene in inglese e in maniera meno precisa, le riporta nella sezione "da leggere prima di partire".

Fine for a conference stay in Boston but overpriced and not relaxing due to lack of gym/pool management
Pros:

Location was perfect for my needs and central for tourism

Cons:

Elevators were continually problematic despite multiple guests complaining. Children screaming and dive bombing in the pool and ‘playing’ in the gym.

Beautiful Stay!
Pros:

Beautiful property in a great location. Connects with a huge mall with every store you could think of.

Cons:

Rooms next to elevator are super loud. Bathroom was super small and didn’t have a real door.

Pros:

The room was good, staff friendly

Cons:

Taking money against the card we paid with to cover any bar expenses against the room is cheeky tbh

Having on coffee/tea machine at breakfast was not great. Long queues for tes/coffee...not really in the spirit of a top hotel

Perfect for mid week break.
Pros:

Huge bonus on being able to check in earlier than expected. Could have had a late check out if required. I particularly like that flexibility as not all travellers arrive/depart during the middle of the day.

Always enjoy the pool when staying.

Nice Venue - Great for a conference
Pros:

This hotel accommodations is similar to most Sheratons, what makes this one special is that it’s connected to Prudential Center, a shopping mall with plenty of dining options nearby.

The meeting rooms were adequate as well as the audio visual.

The catered food for our meetings was okay, nothing to write home about but edible.

The hotel dining, Henderson, was strictly average.

There’s an express elevator for floors 26-29 which was very fast. There’s only way to get from floor 29 to the ground level would be by jumping out of a window.

There’s a FedEx store on the property.

Great staff!!!
