Cosy, perfectly located, public transport is at your door.
Pros:

Location. It was a short 10 minute stroll to the beach. They have laundry facilities which was a bonus, $1 for washing powder and around $9 for washer and dryer. Mind you the dryer is in Korean but easy to navigate. The room is cosy and clean. The bus stop is outside your door. Don't catch a taxi from the train station, take the bus it's cheaper.

Cons:

The lifts are the worst! Had to wait some time for a lift maybe it was Labour Day but man did I have to wait. The rooms are exceptionally cosy for two people, had to climb over each other to pass by. But if you spend most of your time venturing outdoors and in the rooms to just sleep, then the space is adequate. Need more Enfliah speaking channels on the television would be nice. Although I learnt to enjoy watching Korean tv shows even though I did not understand a word, I just watched their expressions.

Location & the staff make this place
Pros:

- Rooms are extremely small.
- Great Staff
- Great location.
- Friendly and efficient checkin.
- Zero recognition of status [Titanium].
- Room was ready early which was great as we weren't feeling well. Thank You.
- With the room being so small, you could not walk down one side of the bed. We measured by foot and the bedroom area is only approx. 10x8 foot.
- No drawers to put any belongings away.
- Small safe in the room.
- Kettle and a very small fridge in the room.
- Terrible air-conditioning system. It's basically locked on 24 degrees and you cannot change the temperature only the fan speed. It was way too hot in the room. We had to sleep with the window open and obviously there's alot of noise coming from outside. So we didn't rest/sleep well here.
- The TV was in Korean nothing written in English on the screen or on the remote control. I couldn't change it but you'd think they would knowing foreigners staying in the room, but no!
- No carpet on floor so you could hear every noise from floor above.
- We took advice from other reviews and did not include breakfast.

Shout out to Lisa J.B. the way she handled a situation that occurred. She was very calm and supported the safety and well being of her guests. Honestly she went above and beyond and should be rewarded for this. Thank You again Lisa we will never forget your genuine compassion, generosity and concern.
