The fitness center was great, although awfully warm for somebody who works out hard.
In my opinion, it's ridiculous that I had to pay for parking. Without bringing a vehicle, 99% of your guests wouldn't be there. You're not conveniently located near the airport, and you're not located in walkable community like downtown or a resort area. You're less than two minutes from several major highways meaning the people who come there get there in their cars. And there is nothing special about your parking lot that makes it worth an extra charge. It's not covered, gated, or guarded. Paying for parking is just a petty reason to hit up your guests for a couple extra dollars.
Oh, and the secondary deadbolt lock is broken in room 610.
The location was convenient. Friendly staff.
My room was not cleaned well. The toilet, sink, and shower were in need of a cleaning. There was also dried sugar and coffee on the desk near the coffee machine. If all of that was not cleaned, I am certain my bed sheets were probably not cleaned as well.
The property was beautiful and clean!
When we went to check in the first person to check us in wouldn’t proceed with my husband who was paying and has same last name, knew the name on the reservation and had the reservation without me present. I came in we had to wait all over again and the person to check us in didn’t ask for my license
It was close to our destination which was a major plus. Beds comfy. Us and our son loved the warm cookies we got when we checked in.
Could use a little bit of a facelift in the rooms but otherwise good!
Our room had a strange smell. The door requires extra checks to make sure it was closed. The AC struggle d. For the price I would have liked at least a coffee. Felt locked down with police presence because of local college football team staying there too.

Rooms need updating. Shower tile needs replaced or cleaned. Coffee maker extremely dirty. I ran it with plane hot water to clean out the dirt and dust. Capet looked very old and worn.
With breakfast costing $18, at least serve real eggs as opposed to powered ones.
Extra charges to park. Needs upgrades to rooms carpet. They were under construction during my stay. Breakfast buffet not included and was too expensive.
