Pacific Palms Resort and Golf Club

Lovely place, lovely people, amazing view!!!! We will be going every year. Our 15 yr old is the golfer and he had an amazing time. We relaxed at the pool and around the resort

It felt like it was tucked away in an all-inclusive location. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful scenery. Clean and quite room. Pool is clean, well maintained, and the views are amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful.

HUGE shout out to our favorite attendant Michael at the check in desk!! I've stayed several times at this resort with our family and baseball travel. We have never been disappointed. Christian was also so kind and helpful in booking our first night this trip. But Michael makes us feel so welcomed and remembers my family by name! We look forward to playing travel baseball up here b/c we always know where we will book our accommodations! Hands down the best customer care! And beautiful views. Thank you team for taking care of our family and teammates!

Room was okay, not "resort " quality. Very nice grounds, beautiful golf course, good location not close to any freeways which is a huge bonus. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The restaurant was nice, what we ate there was good, there are a lot of restaurant's across the 60 also. We didn't like that we had to carry our luggage from the parking lot to the escalator then to the 10th floor, we couldn't find a luggage cart anywhere, I would have thought that they would have had a few down by check-in but maybe the valet's had them all.

The property was beautiful. I’m not a golfer, but I utilize the pool. The view from my room was beautiful. Staff was excellent.

Serene location, amazing views. Attentive and knowledgeable staff. Elevator situation regretfully remains interesting. I'd like to see the beds to be a bit firmer.

😊I had an absolutely amazing, comfortable, and restful stay at the resort! My room was simply wonderful! It was so spacious! The bedding was especially luxurious. The view morning and night) was spectacular!!! As well, the event I was there to attend was handled, with such professionalism, expertise, and care. Outstanding! The entire staff was second to none! I’m definitely looking forward to another amazing stay at the resort! This time to enjoy some of the other inviting amenities! Much gratitude to everyone who assisted, to include our AWESOME Coordinator, Front Desk, Set Up Crew, Waite Staff, Chefs (the salmon, chicken, sides, and dessert were scrumptious!), and Housekeeping! I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and I will say it was the most unprofessional hotel I’ve ever been at and I would have gotten better service at motel 8. Everyone there aside from one gentleman seemed like they hated being there or just seemed like they had no motivation to make things happen. Restaurant downstairs but no room service? No microwave or any type of self service except for a kettle. First day water gets shut off for entire night. Next day TVs get shut off for the entire night. Couldn’t bring me a luggage cart to room because security didn’t want to so I had to make the 3 trips to do it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone for the price you can get so much better elsewhere.

We had a great stay the view from the balcony of our room was Beautiful. Everything was clean. The Red restaurant was delicious. Great place to stay!
