What didnt I like.
That I couldn't say didn't.
We have stayed at Pacific Palms a handful of times and enjoy our stay however something always happens.
The first time we stayed, only two elevators were working and my husband ended up getting stuck in one for over an hour. This last time, a couple was issued keys to our room after we had already checked in. They were able to open our door which was a scary situation considering the fact our baby was with us. I called the front desk, they confirmed there weren’t additional people assigned to our room and advised security would be sent to our floor to make sure everything was ok. We started the next day early and once we got back to our room, we realized the keys weren’t working. My husband had to go back to the front desk and have them give us new cards.
They don’t have complementary water bottles in the rooms but we’re willing to give me a couple for my baby’s bottles.
Again, we enjoy staying at Pacific Palms, there are just a few things that need to be worked on.
It’s located on top of the hill with nice fresh air views with golf course in fountain.
There was no hot water during our stay. We had to take cold showers for three nights. The staff told us to let the water run for 5–10 minutes, but even after waiting, the water was still extremely cold.
Our room keys were deactivated on the last day, so my son had to call me on my cell phone at 1:30 a.m. to let him into the room.
This is overall a nice place, but there is no room service and no bellman to help with luggage. The staff at the restaurant, Red, was very rude when I called to place an order.
The friendly helpful staff. The restraunt is great as well.
Steep escalator. We fell backwards.
Everything. It was so beautiful! Amazing views. Relaxing. Food at the restaurant was great. The kids loved the pool. We would love to stay here again.
It was awesome, I only wish the beds were bigger the full size for two beds. We made it work but that would be the only complaint.
Tiene unas vistas hermosas
Reception
So because stay before that, security literally came to my door to tell me , me and gf were talking to loud, and now I get singled out ,,I get sent next to elevator because less of a chance of complaints. But while there this Friday , either upstairs or side neighbors were banging hell of loud and talking, but that’s ok . It sucks that it’s so petty. It is what it is. I just felt uncomfortable this stay. Gonna look for something else local
The hotel staff was very nice.
Clean and view
2nd time that I have a security knocking on my door because me conversating with my wife , was to loud .
I think that’s the last time I stay
Breakfast was good…but very expensive (98.00..plus tip) for 2 people.
Over all prices on food and drinks were way expensive.
The hotel is ok, but the golf staff is not friendly at all. They will not allow my wife to ride with me although we are willing to pay for the cart fee.
