Great location near Ba Den Mountain but disappointing service. Overall experience underwhelming.
Pros:

The location. It is very close to Ba Den Mountain, 10 mins drive which makes it convenient for sightseeing and exploring the area.

Cons:

The staff did not seem particularly helpful and at times their attitude felt unwelcoming. The rooms also felt outdated and could use better maintenance. The breakfast buffet was quite limited with very few Western options. The hotel could improve significantly in terms of service, communication and dining options.
