Residence Inn by Marriott Pensacola Airport/Medical Center

May 13th-15th 2026 Appearance from the outside is very appealing. Was welcomed when I 1st walked up to check in Katrina was very hospitable she gave the Hubby & I a goodie bag with peanut butter & cheese nabs (nostalgic reminded me of my childhood as those were & are my dads favs), a granola bar & 2 bottles of water! There were also complimentary goodies like sleeping eye masks & earplugs thankfully we didn't need the earplugs as we had a nice quiet, comfy stay! So sweet & thoughtful of you guys to offer that as I can imagine it can get rather noisy on the weekends! Icing on the cake on day 2 when we were heading back to our room from the cruise Katrina remembered us & asked how we were doing & how our stay is going! I loved her personality! The lobby was nice & the complimentary breakfast has a wide variety of things to choose from! We stayed in the Studio King Suite room was clean & comfortable, the Kitchen has a full sized freezer fridge combo, microwave & stove top to cook in or on if you'd like! They aslo had pots, mixing bowls, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, toaster, knives, serving utensils, silverware, deep sink, dish rags ~n~ dish soap! Bathroom was spacious loved the walk in tub with the sliding glass door! Bed was comfy & pillows were fluffy! Forgot to take pictures of the room on the first day so the perfectly made bed ad already been slept in haha! They have a pool outside with a lift which I love & the patio area was perfect with a firepit & grill! This will definitely be our go to spot when we travel back to Pensacola!

The Residence Inn Pensacola Airport was clean and convenient to the airport and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The fitness center was clean and adequate. Breakfast was good. There was an airport shuttle available, but it was not at the airport when I arrived in the afternoon so I believe guests need to call for it. When I got there to check in, I learned that the shuttle was not available at the other times that we needed it. So be sure to call to get the hours for shuttle transportation. At the time of this review, a Lyft to the airport was inexpensive.

Staff was wonderful and always cheerful. They socialized and helped us with resturants recommendations around us. They are simply AMAZING!! I will be returning! Breakfast was great as well. We shall return :)

We checked in late, yet the two young men at the desk were helpful and friendly. The room was so clean and nice. It came with a good breakfast. It was just a stop over for the rest of our drive but we will stay there again.

We absolutely place this hotel as one of the best we have stayed in. All of the staff, from the check in desk to the breakfast staff the next morning, all were the best. The rooms immaculate and lots of TV selections. The rooms were so clean and the bed so comfortable. This will be our choice of hotel from now on in Pensacola.

THE hotel was real clean and fresh. Great Hotel.

After a lot of searching, I found this hotel near the airport. Everything I found had bedbugs except this one. We arrived and it was clean and immaculate, and everything was bleached and white. Comfortable bed and you got several streaming channels for free, which was a nice perk. If you’re looking to stay near the airport, this is the one.

The hotel employees are so amazing. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Great service and everyone goes out of their way to make your stay perfect.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. This was our second time at this hotel. The location is perfect near stores and 15 minutes to Pensacola beach.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The front office was welcoming. Breakfast was the best ever. The housekeeping staff are perfectionists. We have stayed at this hotel before, what a treat to return. Every employee deserves five stars. They treated us like family.
