Pros:

Отель нам очень понравился💯, все соответсвует обещанному. Нам сделали апгрейд без доплаты, комнаты большие, просторные. Постельное белье чистое, убирались каждый день и все меняли. Все чисто, комфортно. Завтраки действительно очень вкусные, и в скольки отелях не была, впервые вижу чтобы на завтрак подавали горячее. Это супер удобно, когда ты с детьми. Были вкусные котлеты, супы с фрикадельками, картошка с мясом, рис с курицой, в общем супер просто👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 говорили что далеко от центра, но ехать было 20-25минут. Привыкшие мы к Алматинским пробкам, это нас никак не расстроило. Пробки не особые в городе, поэтому это не проблема.

Все отлично! Заселили на 2 часа раньше,сделали абгрейд номера, подарили тарелку фруктов ! Спа,бассейн,ресторан в отеле,зпвтрак-все как надо. Персонал внимательный

Нет такого. Расположегие ближе к аэропорту,жо центра 30 мигут на такси,но такси 5$

Cons:

Отель не соответствует оценке Букинга. Ошибочно повелись на высокий рейтинг. Бронировали через букинг, но отель предъявил другой ценник значительно выше стоимости чем в букинге, внятных объяснений нам не дали, сказали только «у нас так». Номера уставшие старые, матрас жесткий, интерьер темный. Но самое главное не ощущается чистота. Спа бассейн тоже старый. Есть запах в номерах коридорах. В номере было шумно от вентиляций, а также каждые 5-7 может пролетать самолет что также сопровождается сильным шумом.
