Nice stayyyyy
Pros:

Great place! The hotel is clean and beautiful! I love it! I haven’t tried the food here because there are so many great restaurants nearby. Just 5 minutes to Safeway, Walmart, T-Mobile, and Trader Joe’s. And Yahoo’s office is right across from the hotel- perfect if you’re a Silicon Valley fan 😄

Cons:

I wish I had a better view from my window, as I could only see the public parking lot. But anyway, I still love the hotel

Comfortable, clean, everything you want from a hotel.
Pros:

Great location, 10min walk from the Caltrain into central SF, lots of restaurants nearby and supermarkets.

Cons:

Nothing of note. The place was super clean, good facilities etc

Calm Cool Hyatt
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel. I was presently surprised by the lack of carpet in the room. This should be a standard practice for all hotels. The visual and physical aesthetic of the Centric was thoroughly pleasing. It carried over to the room as well. Both made me feel as if I was getting a big cozy hug. Dinner at the restaurant was equally enjoyable. Very good food. Not too pretentious. The hotel staff was outstanding! I was greeted with warmth and understanding. I was impressed with how they greeted me by name at each encounter. If there is a Hyatt near your travels, treat yourself to a calming, well priced, enjoyable stay. I know I will from now on.

Comfortable option in Mountain View
Pros:

The Hyatt Centric is a newer hotel in Mountain View with easy walking access to dining and shopping at the Village at San Antonio Center. Parking is available in a garage across the street from the hotel, and the staff are welcoming and friendly.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, featuring the typical Hyatt Centric minimalist vibe. We stayed in a King suite that had a separate sitting room complete with a dining table and a powder room. The main bathroom featured a separate tub and a walk-in shower.

I would certainly return if looking for a hotel in the Mountain View area.

Really don’t want to ever come back to this hotel

My room Wasn’t ready. Check in wasn’t till 4 and I showed up a little after and the room still wasn’t ready. The next day it’s 1040 am and me and my kids are finishing up getting ready to pack to check out at 11 and house keeping is over here trying to enter our room!! Like for one don’t enter peoples room especially when we don’t ask you to. For 2 y’all are trying to clean rooms before our time is even up but yet can’t have a room ready at 4 when a guest is coming in but then tells me I gotta wait almost 2 hours for my room?? Also being told by the staff my bank may charge double???? How about not telling guest things that DONT even happen!! I’ve gone to so many hotels and not ONE has EVER charged me double on my room! So I thought it was weird that was even brought up. I wasn’t feeling comfortable at that point letting yall even have my debit card. Maybe yall should work on your approach on what you tell your guest.

Great facilities, just needs work on service.
Pros:

Facilities were great, but customer service needs work. It took 48 hours for someone to come and offer to clean our room (which was just too late - we were leaving early the next morning). Most of the front desk staff just weren't that friendly or inviting.

Excellent Location
Pros:

Location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurant nearby and most important was a Trader Joe's walking distance.
