Location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurant nearby and most important was a Trader Joe's walking distance.
Conveniently located and clean.
The deadbolt on the suite entry door did not work.
I really liked this hotel. It’s a new hotel in a new residential area of Mountain View called The Village. I loved the area, it felt super safe at night. Lots of restaurants, stores and supermarkets etc. The hotel was super clean, well appointed with a friendly staff. On check-in, the front desk staff were super efficient, friendly and good ambassadors for the hotel. They provided good recommendations for restaurants nearby, so very happy with their service. The hotel rooms were very clean, good bedding, stylish touches like wide plank floors, nice marble etc in bathrooms, under-bed lighting that comes on automatically at night when you jump out of bed. I would definitely stay at this hotel again upon my next visit to the area.
Very comfortable and chic hotel. I loved the pool area. Staff in the cafe were very friendly. Lots of great places within walking distance. Easy parking in the garage.
Clean room
Price around 149.00. Is the best.
The customer service was really bad. I booked a 2-queen-bed room online. Before checking in their manager texted me to confirm whether I wanted 2 queen beds or 1 king bed. I said 2 queens and they acknowledged. But at checkin they still gave me an “upgraded king room”. I demanded 2 queens and said that it was a must for me, and was told they were all sold out. I emphasized that a 2-queens room was what I had booked, and that their manager had even confirmed with me beforehand. They didn’t seem to know about either of these and even went to double check that I wasn’t lying. I then asked them why they had texted and asked my room preference beforehand if they couldn’t even fulfill, and the front desk rep said “I didn’t text you.” I was shocked by such an unprofessional response. Like who tf cares about which one of you was the one texting me? Aren’t all of you supposed to be a team?
I demanded to see their manager (the one who texted me), and was told that she was not there. Finally they offered a rollaway bed for one night and promised to switch next day.
Overall the experience interacting and communicating with the management team was terrible. It was like the members never talked to each other, and I had to explain the previous communication and context to them over and over again.
The hotel’s location is ideal—just a short walk to several nearby restaurants, which made everything very convenient. My room was fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite without even asking.
One of the main reasons I consistently choose Hyatt is the quality of their beds. No matter the property, the comfort is reliably the same. The bed was incredibly comfortable with crisp, luxurious linens—I truly slept like a baby. The room was also very quiet, with no outside noise, and I was able to work without any interruptions.
I only had breakfast at the restaurant. It was good—not extraordinary—but it was included in my rate, which I appreciated. The staff were warm and welcoming at both check-in and in the restaurant.
I would absolutely stay here again and look forward to returning.
This is an overdue reviews after multiple stays. Overall, it offers great value for the price. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, the hot tub is great, and the breakfast is amazing. These positives are the main reasons I’ve returned.
Unfortunately, my experiences with JB at the front desk have consistently been disappointing. On multiple occasions, her interactions with guests (including me) felt disrespectful and dismissive, even when guests were asking genuine questions. During my most recent stay, as a Globalist member, I politely asked whether I could receive an additional water bottle on the day of checkout. JB insisted I would need to pay for it and did so with an unnecessary and unprofessional attitude.
I understand that policies can vary by property, however, the manner in which the situation was handled stood out negatively—especially given my extensive experience staying at Hyatt properties around the world, where complimentary water has typically been provided to Globalist members, even during checkout. I have even been provided with complimentary water bottles in this property upon checking out, by other staff members. Complimentary upgrades were not offered during my stays as well.
Overall, this is a solid property with many strengths, but front desk hospitality—particularly professionalism and respect toward guests—needs improvement. If service consistency is important to you, you may want to consider other Hyatt properties in the area.
During my stay at Hyatt Centric, I discovered that the two bottles of water provided in my room were not sealed—something I unfortunately only realized after I had already drunk some of the water. This was absolutely disgusting and raised serious concerns about hygiene and guest safety.
What made the situation even worse was the front desk’s response. There was no sincere apology, no sense of accountability, and no real effort to resolve the issue. They offered two replacement bottles of water free of charge (normally $7.50 each), but the next day those bottles were still charged to my bill. I then had to call back and explain the entire incident again just to get the charge reversed.
Being exposed to unsealed drinking water and then having to repeatedly follow up to fix billing mistakes reflects extremely poor customer service. This experience fell far below the standards I expect from a hotel under the Hyatt brand. I will not be staying here again and do not recommend this property.
Great hotel with a nice technology twist in the heart of Silicon Valley . Digital key does not work, so I had to go downstairs to use the cards.
Location is very convenient, close to grocery stores and banks. Bed was very comfortable.
Poor experience with front desk with adding one more person to the booking at check in. Front desk told us they added it at check in but the next morning they said it was not.
미국의 일반적인 호텔과는 달리 바닥이 나무바닥이라 먼지가 훨씬 덜 합니다. 샤워도 분리형이라 편리합니다.
