Lovely accommodation and excellent service but they need bigger beds.
Pros:

The facility was beautifully designed and the restaurant was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The double beds are way too small for two normal size adults. Had a difficult night sleeping because we were so close together.

Hotel Albuquerque expensive for the convenience
Pros:

My opinion of Hotel Albuquerque is mixed. It's convenient to Old Town and the bathroom had the best lighting of any hotel I've stayed at. However, there is only 1 restaurant and we hardly ever saw anyone eating there, probably because of bad reviews. We never tried it. The "resort" fee of $30 was ridiculous as the pool was closed and there was only coffee available in the mornings. The room furniture was very cheap and looked like something you would see at Motel 6. Parking is limited when there is a convention or other big event.

Exceptional
Pros:

Amazing service, clean rooms and great food! It always good to know that you can still be comfortable in a place that’s not your home.

Art dressed a staying experience!
Pros:

We stayed at Hotel ABQ at Old Town in June to celebrate my spouse's birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is elegant with a beautiful high-end antique charm that makes it feel unique.

The food and cocktails were excellent, and the service at the bar was outstanding. As someone who loves trying great cocktails, I really appreciated the bartenders' recommendations and hospitality.

A perfect place for a special occasion—I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely lovely
Pros:

Gorgeous property with clean rooms, no carper and cool windows that allow you to see from mountain to mountain

Cons:

Just as a person with a shellfish allergy, the restaurant is really close to the elevators and the shrimp smell permeates some times

Great building with lots of positive atmosphere. Terrific views of ABQ and Sandias. Staff at every turn, front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping do a wonderful job of taking care of guests. Food at the restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast. The grounds are lovely. We will be back.

Not sure I would stay again
Pros:

Service was good. Upgraded when A/C in room didn’t work. Walkable to Old Town and Sawmill. Multiple channels on the TV didn’t work though…. Not a great look for a hotel with an “amenities” fee
