Recently remodeled and beautiful. I’ve stayed in this hotel for 20 years and it’s only gotten better. Superb staff!! The security guard on duty for my stay helped me get my heavy bag up some stairs because I passed the handicap entrance by accident. She was so friendly as was the person at the front desk. Great view of Redwood trees out my window. Bathroom is luxurious. Loved the comfy chair for reading, and the bed was extremely comfortable too. I love staying here and will be back. (The $15 parking was new since my last stay and a bummer, but that’s life!)

We arrived here today and the renovation is beautiful. The lobby is stunning and so inviting, the rooms look great, and the gym is fantastic and better equipped than most any hotel gym I have ever experienced. We LOVE the pool area! Thank you to the super friendly front desk Agent Krystal! She was so helpful and we appreciate you letting us in early to our rooms, that is such a hot commodity these days and she was so gracious about it. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

I loved that it was so nice and you don’t feel afraid to be loud and expressive. It’s a very open and inviting hotel and even in the night (roughly 11pm ish) you can feel like you don’t have to be uptight or stuck up you can truly just relax and enjoy your stay. I loved how nice the staff were it felt like no question was a dumb question. The check in processes was so easy and simple literally took 5 short minutes and we were already on our way to our room.
I didn’t like that the breakfast buffet wasn’t free💔. I fell like if I’m gonna spend nearly 200 on a hotel I think the breakfast buffet which is 23 dollars a person should be included with room and board. ESPECIALLY if the breakfast buffet is not anything to really brag about (honest opinion) but overall this was LITERALLY the only con. Also…..you gotta pay 15 bucks to park😭
It was ok- over priced. So I went to rent a room at the desk and the charge was $20 more than me doing it online-stupid!! So I stepped back and reserved on my own and the front desk had ATTITUDE!!!

The hotel is very secure The restaurant is excellent and their pool area is beautiful, very tropical
The staff at front desk were not the nicest and they advertise breakfast included and breakfast was not included and no breakfast at all on Mondays
Room was nice, Clean good size with good amenities. staff was friendly
No control over guests! My floor (7) had a group 20/30 Black people partying in the hallway with their room doors open and no one stopped it! It went on till 1 or 2 in the morning friday especially but saturday also. No bathtub, shower only
