Pros:

The hotel is very secure The restaurant is excellent and their pool area is beautiful, very tropical

Cons:

The staff at front desk were not the nicest and they advertise breakfast included and breakfast was not included and no breakfast at all on Mondays

It was OK! They need security to handle rowdiness after 10-unacceptable behavior

Room was nice, Clean good size with good amenities. staff was friendly

Cons:

No control over guests! My floor (7) had a group 20/30 Black people partying in the hallway with their room doors open and no one stopped it! It went on till 1 or 2 in the morning friday especially but saturday also. No bathtub, shower only

A great stay for a short buisiness trip.
Pros:

Clean rooms and the location was close to lots of resturants and breweries.

Cons:

The late-night pantry was a third-party system. I needed to go back to my room to get my credit card. I was hoping it was one of those pantries where you grab and add the cost to your room. Too much technology is needed at 12 AM.

Also, my pint of beer was $14. I know hotel costs are typically higher, but almost double what you pay at your local places isn't fun or fair.

Cons:

Poor service checking in and out. Asked for a cart and wasn’t given one. The lady checking us in was the same that checked us out was rude about us having booked via a third party, which I’ve never had before.

The room was big

Cons:

The windows leaked a bunch of water when it was raining and they just gave us towels or the option to downgrade our room. The waitress at the restaurant was not friendly. I've stayed here before with no problems, so this was very disappointing.
