Tam bir fiyat perormans oteli. Özellikle yatakları harika.
Pros:

Kahvaltısı çok güzel. Çeşitler gayet yeterli. Ayrıca ücretsiz özel olarak omlet yapıyorlar. Kahvaltı esnasında birden çok personel hazırda bekliyor. Havuzu harika, temiz ve sakin. Havuzda hizmet başarılı.
Ayrıca bir husus belirtmek isterim. Otelde altın küpemin tekini kaybettim. İlgilendiler ama bulamadık. Umarım bulunca iletişime geçerler benimle.

Cons:

Çevreyi koruma adı altında nevresimleri 2-3 günde bir yıkıyorlar. Bence bu çok saçma. Gelişmiş ülkelerin yapay zeka ile tükettiği enerji/ kirlettiği doğa bizim nevresim yıkama ile kıyaslandığında ne demek istediğimi anlayacaksınız. Yani doğayı koruma böyle olmaz.

Ulaşılabilir olması gayet güzeldi, taleplerim karşılandı. Resepsiyon ve bellboy ekibi yardımseverdi. Adını alamadığım hk personeli de çok kibardı.

Cons:

İnternet kötüydü. Bu çokta değişiklik yapılacak bir durum değil farkındayım ancak günümüz şartlarında internete bağlanamıyor olmak çok tatsız.

Pros:

Tesisin lokasyonu çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve kibardı. Odamı her gün temizlenmiş buldum. Katlı otoparkın olması çok iyiydi bu sıcak havalarda arabaya yanmış şekilde binmedik. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler.

Otele giriş (check-in) sırasında odamızla ilgili küçük bir problem yaşadık. Ancak bu noktada özellikle ön büro yöneticisine (otel müdürüne) teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Sorunumuzu hiç bekletmeden dinleyip anında çözüm ürettiler ve bize çok güzel bir oda tahsis ettiler. Daha ilk dakikadan itibaren sergiledikleri çözüm odaklı, profesyonel ve misafir memnuniyetini ön planda tutan yaklaşımları tatilimize çok güzel bir başlangıç yapmamızı sağladı.

Konaklamamız boyunca tüm personel son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Otel genel anlamda oldukça temizdi; odalar, ortak alanlar, havuz ve diğer tüm bölümler büyük bir özenle korunuyordu. Kapalı havuzu da oldukça keyifliydi. Kahvaltı çeşit olarak çok geniş olmasa da sunulan ürünlerin kalitesi ve lezzeti gerçekten başarılıydı. Gün içinde yeme-içme fiyatlarının da makul seviyelerde olması ayrıca memnuniyet vericiydi. Kısacası, başta çözüm odaklı yönetim anlayışı olmak üzere temizliği, kaliteli hizmeti ve samimi çalışanlarıyla bizi fazlasıyla memnun eden bir otel oldu. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyor, emeği geçen tüm ekibe teşekkür ediyoruz.

Hayel kırıklığı. 5 yıldızlı otelin bozuk duşu ektedir.

There was nothing good in the hotel. It was one of the worst experience in my life. They don't care about customer at all. I don't recommend for someone to waste time in this hotel.

Özellikle check in deki receptionist arkadaş yardımcı olmamak için elinden geleni yaptı. Sıfır güler yüz sıfır iletişim. Otel sanki politikacılara ayrılmış her yerde polis ve politikacılar oluyor. Orda bile insana tatsızlık çıkara biliyorlar. Aşırı gereksiz bir olay.

אני נכה זקוק לחדר על יד המעלית בנוסף מקלחת ולא אמבטיה שלא יכול להכניס את הרגליים. יש להם חדרים זמינים עם מקלחון אך החדר רחוק מעלית. עוד דבר לא מדברים אנגלית או קצת. קשה להבין
