It is really expensive and they do not have much fun for kids there inside like other hotels, some of the personal weren't kind of you don't have money that is a shame. The guy who made my check out was very very nice and woman who helped me at the end also with my luggages.

Pros:

Other side of the street is the beach. Staff and food were very good. Poolside and bar service were excellent. Excellent shopping, food, zoo, and aquarium within walking distance. Excellent public transportation. Pool attendants dispensed plenty of towels. Free coral safe SPF50 sunscreen available poolside.

Cons:

Hot water was an issue from about 4-6 PM when everyone from the pool and beach are showering. Other times were not an issue. We were in the newly remodeled tower overlooking the International market and the mattress certainly wasn't new. Sagged at edges and lumpy.
