Номер забронировала на 2 человека. При заселении оказалось, что все принадлежности только на 1 человека. При заселении была 1 бутылка с водой, оказывается это приветственная, остальное сам. Номер нам в первый день не убрали, мы поняли так, из-за того, что мы из России. Мы прилетали в Алма-Аты в гости. С нами в отеле проживала подруга из Казахстана. Её номер убирали, а у нас после звонка на ресепшен. После звонка нам на ресепшен нам что-нибудь не докладывали то полотенца, то зубную пасту. Для меня очень странно такое поведение обслуживающего персонала. Если есть какие-то проблемы, то просто уволься и всё

200 usd per night in Almaty is expensive and for a 5 star lux hotel , this is a standard budget NOVOTEL , some staff were excellent and some were not that friendly , there was an hour of power cut and we were not informed or called ,
