La habitación asignada no contaba con insonorización adecuada, entraba todo el ruido de la calle, está ubicado cerca de una zona de fiestas asi que toda la musica y la vibración y el ruido de las conversaicones entraba a la habitación hasta las 2- 3 am aproximadamente, es una zona con alto trafico de vehiculos lo cual tambien se escuchaba con claridad, al tiempo que transitan chivas con musica a alto volumen.
Excelente la atención y buen desayuno
La ubicación me encantó, queda cerca de la zona financiera y puntos de interés
No me gustó q mi habitación quedaba al lado de un cuarto de servicio y se escuchaba el agua correr, bombas y no permitían un buen descanso en la noche

Dañado algunos objetos del baño, sonaba como una fuga.

J’ai aimé l’emplacement, c’est essentiellement le principal point positif de cet hôtel.
Le personnel était correct, mais assez froid et peu engagé dans le service à la clientèle. On avait souvent l’impression de déranger lorsqu’on demandait quelque chose. Par exemple, il n’y a ni réfrigérateur ni cafetière dans les chambres. Nous devions demander un seau de glace et cela semblait toujours compliqué. De plus, devoir payer environ 4 $ pour chaque café du matin a ajouté des frais importants à notre séjour. Lors de mon prochain voyage à Quito, je choisirais probablement un hôtel un peu plus cher, mais offrant au moins le café inclus.
Nous sommes restés trois jours et on nous donnait le papier de toilette un rouleau à la fois. Il fallait régulièrement descendre à la réception pour en demander davantage. Même situation pour les serviettes, qui étaient difficiles à obtenir.
La porte de la douche est mal conçue et l’eau s’écoule partout sur le plancher de la salle de bain. Les serviettes restaient donc constamment mouillées. Je n’ai jamais vu le personnel d’entretien passer dans l’étage durant mon séjour. Il était également difficile d’obtenir des verres propres ou des sacs pour la poubelle.
L’hôtel semble relativement récent et, pour le prix payé sur Booking, je ne m’attendais pas au luxe. Cependant, j’étais au premier étage, directement sur le boulevard, et le bruit était extrêmement important, de jour comme de nuit.
En résumé, l’emplacement est bon, mais l’expérience générale a été décevante. Je choisirais un autre établissement lors d’un prochain séjour à Quito.
