Hotel Ipanema Beach

Esperienza molto spiacevole. Durante il soggiorno mi sono ritrovata uno slip intimo sconosciuto attorcigliato tra le mie cose sul comodino accanto al letto. Una situazione assurda, disgustosa e profondamente inquietante, soprattutto considerando che la camera avrebbe dovuto essere stata pulita e controllata accuratamente dal personale.

La cosa più deludente è stata la gestione dell’accaduto: il problema è stato minimizzato con superficialità e senza la dovuta attenzione verso il disagio causato. Ho chiesto spiegazioni e di parlare con un responsabile, ma non ho ricevuto il supporto che mi aspettavo. Un semplice cambio stanza non basta quando viene meno il senso di igiene, privacy e sicurezza che un ospite dovrebbe avere in hotel.

Purtroppo questa esperienza ha rovinato completamente il soggiorno.

Very unpleasant experience. During our stay, I found an unknown pair of underwear tangled among my personal belongings on the bedside table next to the bed. An absurd, disgusting and deeply unsettling situation, especially considering that the room was supposed to have been properly cleaned and checked by the staff.

What disappointed me the most was how the situation was handled: the issue was minimized and treated very superficially, without proper consideration for the discomfort caused. I asked for explanations and to speak with a manager, but I did not receive the support I expected. Simply changing the room is not enough when the sense of hygiene, privacy and safety that guests should feel in a hotel is completely lost.

Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined our stay.

Experiencia muy desagradable. Durante nuestra estancia encontré una prenda íntima desconocida enredada entre mis cosas sobre la mesita de noche junto a la cama. Una situación absurda, desagradable y profundamente inquietante, especialmente considerando que la habitación supuestamente había sido limpiada y revisada correctamente por el personal.

Posebno me se dojmilo što je hotel renoviran te je sve izgledalo moderno, uredno i vrlo ugodno. Spa zona i veliki vanjski bazen dodatno su pridonijeli kvaliteti boravka i opuštajućoj atmosferi. Također bih istaknuo izvrsnu hranu za doručak i večeru, uz zaista bogat i raznovrstan izbor jela koji zadovoljava različite ukuse.

La limpieza de las habitaciones

The food was excellent, compliments to the chef de cuisine. Great gym and spa space.

Posizione e pulizia

L'hôtel est superbe, la piscine n'est pas trop froide et ce n'était pas bondé de monde pour s'y baigner et se faire bronzer. Le fait que kati parle français nous a beaucoup aidé car très peu d'espagnol parle le français et nous ne parlons aucune autre langue de notre côté. Le fait qu'il y ait une salle de remise en forme est un plus.
Nous avons super bien dormi dans le lit, les oreillers sont excellents, la chambre est équipée d'une clim et d'un petit frigo qui est un plus avec une vie incroyable depuis notre balcon.Le fait que les bains de soleil soient accessibles même après que la piscine est fermée c'est plutôt sympa. La femme de ménage est également très gentille
Nous étions également super bien placé que ce soit dans la ville comme sur l'île en revanche un peux compliqué pour se garer près de l'hôtel mais nous y sommes toujours arrivé 👌🏻
