汚濁水に対するホテルの不誠実な対応
Pros:

部屋の湯船にお湯をはると濁ってました。ホテルに改善を求めると、緊急のメンテナンスを実施したことが原因で既に直ったと連絡を受けました。部屋に戻りシャワーを浴びると頭皮が痒くなったため、再度お湯をはると状況は変わりませんでした。一時間以上、お湯を出しっぱなしにしましたが改善されず、深夜を迎えたので寝ました。翌朝、再度、お湯をはると状況は改善されておらず、ホテルに返金を求めましたが応じていただけませんでした。五つ星ホテルで特別な滞在を期待していましたが、非常に残念な結果となりました。

とGoogle Mapに投稿したところ下記回答がありました。自身の非を認めず、サービスを提供しないにも関わらず返金に対応しない姿勢が確認できます。

感動を呼ぶ、ダッカの最高のホテル
Pros:

朝食も素晴らしく、スタッフも臨機応変な対応が可能であり、申し分ないホテルです。ダッカ、バングラデシュ内では1、2位を争う素晴らしいホテルであると思います。また、安全面においてもトップレベルであると思います。
