Nasneen Sultana at the front desk was very polite, welcoming and professional. My wife and I are from the UK, and she made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The service throughout our stay was excellent and the hotel had a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

From the moment we arrived at InterContinental Dhaka, everything was impressive. The elegant ambiance, spotless surroundings, and welcoming atmosphere made the evening even more enjoyable. The steak was incredibly flavorful, perfectly cooked, and wonderfully juicy, while the pizza stood out with its thin, crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and rich cheesy goodness. Every dish was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Combined with the excellent hospitality and attentive service, it made for a truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We didn’t stay at the hotel. We used Hazrat Shahjalal airport lounge Balaka in Dhaka which is part of the hotel. I found food and atmosphere as an excellent experience and staff Rifat Hussain was excellent and friendly
