As part of a road trip, we wanted to visit Luxembourg City (which is beautiful and well worth it). The hotels seemed expensive in the city, but there was an NH at the airport, which is a free tram or bus ride away. We are familiar with the brand, so booked this hotel.
It was perfect for our needs. Lovely staff, comfortable rooms, good restaurant and great breakfast.
The plan to stay away from the city worked well and would definitely recommend.

La chambre était très propre, confortable et très bien insonorisée, vu la proximité de l'aéroport. Le petit déjeuner était juste fabuleux. Le personnel était dans l'ensemble très sympathique, et réactif.

Heel vriendelijk onthaal, ruime kamer die aan de verwachten voldeed! Fijne faciliteiten op de kamer, koffie, thee, water, cadeautje voor de kids. Heerlijke bedden, geen last van lawaai ondanks ligging aan de luchthaven.
Tijdens onze tweede avond in het restaurant was er helaas één personeelslid dat een grote negatieve impact had op onze ervaring. Het ging om een ouder personeelslid dat, naar verluidt, al lange tijd in dienst was. Hij leek het werk zoveel mogelijk uit de weg te gaan, nam nauwelijks initiatief in de bediening en schoof vrijwel alle taken door naar een nieuw personeelslid dat nog in opleiding was.
Die medewerkster in opleiding stond er grotendeels alleen voor, zonder de nodige ondersteuning. Ondanks die moeilijke situatie bleef ze ontzettend vriendelijk, werkte ze hard en deed ze alles met een stralende glimlach. Niets was haar te veel. Zij verdient dan ook een groot compliment voor haar inzet en professionele houding.
Door het gebrek aan ondersteuning van haar collega hebben we echter erg lang moeten wachten. Er was geen tafelindekking, bestek ontbrak, er was weinig tot geen bediening en er werd ook niet meegedacht over mogelijke uitzonderingen vanuit de keuken. De service van het oudere personeelslid was dan ook bijzonder teleurstellend.
Het contrast met de rest van het team kon bijna niet groter zijn. Tijdens de overige momenten van ons verblijf hebben we uitsluitend vriendelijke, behulpzame en gemotiveerde medewerkers ontmoet. Daarom viel deze ervaring des te meer op en gaf ze een negatieve sfeer aan een verder zeer aangenaam verblijf.
Verzorgd en schoon de kamers en ontbijt was goed.
