Convenient, clean, comfortable with very pleasant staff.
Pros:

Clean and very quiet despite proximity to airport. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Nice bar with decent menu. Good room facilities. Shop in lobby is a great convenience.

Cons:

Quite pricey for room only rate.

Kiedy odwołano nasz rejs i musieliśmy znowu szukać hotelu w LUX, bez wachania wybraliśmy właśnie ten
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja: tuż koło lotniska i jednocześnie doskonale skomunikowana z miastem: tramwajem lub autobusem (transport publiczny w LUX jest bezpłatny).
Fantastyczny personel: kompetentny i z poczuciem humoru.

Cons:

Klimatyzacja w jednym z pokojów nie dawała rady w czasie fali upałów (na zewnątrz było 38 st. C )

J'aurais pu avoir un Hôtel avec un bien meilleur rapport qualité prix.... Décevant
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était succulent ! Large choix pour tout les gouts en sucré et salé. Décoration de la salle de PDJ jolie lumineuse et agréable.

Cons:

Chambre a peine propre, étant dans le milieu de l'hôtellerie haut de gamme cela m'a interpellée voir même choquée.
La fenêtre ne s'ouvrait pas et la poignée était cassée. Le joint de la douche était poreux donc l'eau s'écoulé partout dans la salle de bain. Une des deux serviettes de toilette était sale pleine de taches. De la poussière sous le lit et sur les tables de nuit. J'ai loué avec lit double on m'a dit oui nous vous mettons cela et au final on s'est retrouvé avec deux lits simples. Personne réponds lorsque je demande un dédommagement car je tombe sur une plateforme en ligne et ils ne m'ont même pas vu donc ne peuvent pas savoir. De plus, les couloirs étaient très sales et les femmes de chambres parlent fort dès 8h00 du matin..

I cannot recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

I had booked four rooms at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

When we arrived, we noticed that the air conditioning was not working. We informed the receptionist, who assured us that someone would come within 10 minutes to fix it. However, no one ever came, and we had to spend the entire night in hot, uncomfortable rooms without being able to sleep properly.

Later, we asked if it was possible to change our rooms, but the receptionist declined in a very rude manner. When I then requested a refund so that we could stay at another hotel, he told us that if we wanted a refund, we had to leave immediately, otherwise we would not receive one. Throughout the conversation, his attitude was unprofessional and discourteous, making an already frustrating situation even worse.

What disappointed us the most was not just the lack of functioning air conditioning, but the way we were treated when we tried to resolve the issue. Customer service should be respectful and helpful, especially when guests are experiencing problems.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

Sehr gute Lage und feiner Gintonic
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, nur 5min zu Fuss von der Tramstation zum Hotel und wiederum 5min zu Fuss vom Hotel zum Flughafen. Tolle Bar mit gutem Service und feinem Gintonic.

Komfortables, gut geführtes Hotel. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und das Personal freundlich und professionell. Durch die Nähe zum Flughafen, perfekt für die Nacht vor dem Abflug.

Réceptionniste super Sympa , ont a bien rigoler ! Chambre propre , super matelas . Dormis comme un prince malgré l’aéroport à 50 m . Pas de bruit .
