Clean, quiet, great breakfast, very nice staff, helpful staff, lots of amenities, all around spotless room, spotless bathroom, loved our stay and we will certainly make this our stopping point while traveling.

The room was dirty, black specks on the bed, pee stain on the mattress, floor was soaking wet, bathroom shower had mold and dirt all over it, the whole place smelt like dirty feet.
