El hotel cumple con las expectativas, pero está demasiado lejos de la ciudad
Pros:

El proceso de check in y check out es muy cómodo y rápido. El personal fue muy amable, y no puso pegas de nada en ningún momento.
Las instalaciones están bastante bien, las habitaciones son amplias y tienen todo lo necesario.

Cons:

La ubicación del lugar es muy mala. Está bastante lejos del centro de la ciudad. Está a una hora en trasnporte público. En una ocasión, decidimos coger un Taxi y el trayecto al centro era de 40€ en cada trayecto.

Bemüht mit sehr viel Luft nach Oben!

Das Personal ist super freundlich und absolut darauf bedacht, dass es einem als Gast gut geht.

Cons:

Wo soll ich da anfangen? Das Hotel ist in seiner Ausstattung sehr abgewohnt, die Sauberkeit lässt im allgemeinen zu wünschen und Heimwerker sollte man auch nicht sein..herabfallende Fußbodenleisten, zerrissene Fliegengitter, mehr als fragwürdige wackelige Duschwanne, etc...
Bei steigenden Temperaturen fehlt ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer und gekühlte Getränke im Restaurant.
Das beworbene Buffet kann erst ab 30 Personen genutzt werden und beim Frühstück muss genau angegeben werden, wie viele Brötchen etc gegessen werden...Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr gering und als Getränke gab es günstige Limonade oder Säfte aus der PET und Wasser aus dem Hahn.
Die Speisekarte ist sehr gering und einseitig an Auswahl. Aber was angeboten wird war fantastisch im Geschmack und angerichtet.
Wer am Abend die untere Aussenterrasse nutzen möchte, muss erst die Getränke im
2. Stockwerk im Restaurant bestellen und bezahlen. Und das immer. Bedeutet, Getränke leer, rauf in den 2. Stockwerk.
Alles in Allem okay, aber ein erneuter Aufenthalt wird es von uns nicht geben.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft an sich war ok , die Zimmer groß und geräumig.
Personal war stets bemüht alles zu bewerkstelligen.

Cons:

Keine gute Organisation/ Kommunikation
Sauberkeit war ok
Frühstück war auch nur Semi gut , ….Kaffee war nicht gut weil die Maschine ständig irgendwelche Macken hatte.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine optimale Entfernung zu unserer Veranstaltung und das Zimmer war geräumig.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Es gab weder einen Safe noch einen Kühlschrank. Die Gläser im Bad waren schmutzig ( vom Vorgänger benutzt ).
Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht. Dies war sehr enttäuschend. Obwohl wir nicht die letzten waren, bekamen wir nur noch die Reste ab.

Wir würden das Hotel nicht wieder buchen und auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

Die Lage war OK.

Cons:

Die Balkontür ließ sich nicht schließen. Teppichboden - nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Dusche war alt und an vielen Stellen defekt und muss dringend ausgetauscht werden. Die Möbel im Zimmer sehr alt.Der Eingang vom Hotel und Boden sehr dreckig und kaputt. Das Frühstück sehr einfach.
