旅行這麼多次，第一次有這麼差的體驗
1. 原訂兩張單人床，到現場跟我說被訂走了？？
2.居住四個晚上，房間沒人打掃，跟屋主反應說希望換毛巾，屋主回覆隔天換，但也沒來換？
3.無盥洗用具，反應吹風機異常，屋主選擇無視
4.第二晚洗澡只有冰水，反應後回覆明早處理？那今晚我怎麼洗？
5. 服務態度差，我有明確傳訊息給屋主，表示我們的需求與不滿，但屋主直接不回覆，我真的是被氣到才來留言讓大家避雷

Gute Lage und kostenloser Parkplatz, aber Schwächen bei der Zimmerkontrolle
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Der Tivoli-Park befindet sich direkt in der Nähe und eignet sich hervorragend für Spaziergänge mit Hund. Auch die Altstadt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Positiv sind außerdem die kostenfreien Parkplätze. Nachdem wir einige Mängel gemeldet hatten, wurde schnell reagiert: Die Dusche wurde gereinigt, sodass das Wasser anschließend wieder besser ablief, und das beanstandete Kissen wurde umgehend entfernt.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft gab es einige Mängel hinsichtlich Sauberkeit und Zimmerkontrolle. Die Dusche lief zunächst nur sehr schlecht ab, im Schrank lag noch ein Kleidungsstück eines vorherigen Gastes, und eines der dort gelagerten Memory-Foam-Kissen war auf der Unterseite stark schwarz verfärbt. Zudem kamen beim Betrieb der Klima-/Heizanlage schwarze Partikel heraus, die auf dem Bett landeten.
Im Bad wirkten die Duschecken und der Duschvorhang nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Die gemeldeten Probleme wurden zwar teilweise behoben, hätten jedoch bereits vor der Anreise auffallen können.
Die Hundegebühr von 15 € pro Nacht erscheint recht hoch, zumal keine zusätzlichen Leistungen wie Hundebett oder Napf angeboten wurden. Laut Unterkunft erfolgt die Zimmerreinigung zudem nur alle drei Tage.
Für manche Gäste könnte außerdem relevant sein, dass die Zimmer nur über eine Treppe im ersten Stock erreichbar sind.

Cons:

Niente riassetto camera nelle 3 notti e nessun contatto con l'host. Inoltre si percepiva un po' di rumore in camera a causa strada molto frequentata

Pros:

Alles war sehr gut die Gastgeberin Kristina wahr sehr nett. Die Wohnung hat alles gehabt was mann so brauchte. Die Lage super ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum centrum, Lidl gleich um die Ecke ca 5 Minuten zum laufen.
