We both agreed on this being one of the best hotel experiences we've had for a very long time!
Pros:

Staff member at the desk was very pleasant and helpful giving us excellent advice on local restaurants and attractions. The facility was extremely clean both room and corridors. Finally breakfast was better than any we've experienced in other mid-level hotels.

Cons:

No free shuttle to relatively close airport.

Emplacement parfait pour un hôtel de qualité à taille humaine
Pros:

La salle du petit déjeuner assez grande, le choix offert (option lait végétal). La présence d'une pièce pour faire ses lessive. La piscine, les terrasses pour se détendre. Le fait que cet hôtel soit à taille humaine. La gentillesse et l'écoute du personnel.

Cons:

Mettre une douche à disposition dans l'enceinte de la piscine, ce qui permettrait réellement de veiller aux exigences d'hygiène requises sur les panneaux.

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff
Pros:

Breakfast was a nice surprise. We knew that it was included but to have the variety we had was not what we had expected. The little find the duck game had my child and husband looking for ducks everywhere we went.

Cons:

The parking fee was a surprise when we got checked in, I paid it cause I had no choice but would have felt better if that was included when we booked the room. The complementary ear plugs made no sense until about 11:30 pm on Saturday night when the music from surrounding places got so loud it woke me up. The pool was a bit cold.

Pros:

Its nice, our room was on the first floor as requested

Cons:

During our first night there around 3 a.m. we heard someone banging on the door down the hallway. We could hear people laughing outside in the parking lot. Never heard of parking fee at hotel just sleep there. Plus we weren't check out yet, we only went to meeting early in the morning we return back to our room by 10 a.m. the house keeping clean out our room, we wanted to rest up little bit more before our long drive that day.

Miserable night
Cons:

Very noisy outside the window, on the floor above and in the hall. Not able to sleep all night. HVAC difficult to control- either cold or hot.

Terrible parking arrangement
Pros:

Very nice staff and hotel

Cons:

Parking is ridiculous and unavailable even though you are charged for parking. You should never have to pay to park at a hotel you are already paying to stay at anyway let alone should the same parking lot be shared with a local bar making patron parking for the hotel unavailable. We spent over an hour just circling waiting for a spot to open when we should have been in our room relaxing

Absolutely a fantastic trip
Pros:

I am so glad I found this property. I will not be staying at any other hotel in Salt Lake. This is the one for me. I had a wonderful day. Beds are comfortable. It’s clean. It’s close to downtown. It’s just perfect.
