No ir Si tienen un acompañante con movilidad reducida y si no les gusta las filas para desayunar.

Excelente ubicación

Cons:

Desayunador pequeño, fila para entrar de 30 minutos para poder desayunar.
No hay room service a ninguna hora del día. Ni para enfermos.
No hay café ni té después de las 3pm
Tienen un restaurante con carta de poca variedad y de servicio regular. Y para desayunar pagando igual fila de espera.
Nivel de servicio de la gente regular
Lo más importante. Pedí habitación para personas con movilidad reducida como aparece en booking, y no tenían. Para alguien con movilidad reducida la cama es muy alta y no tenían una alternativa razonable. Nos ofrecieron un escalón para subir a la cama.

Fabulous. This is the second time we have stayed at this facility and love it.
Pros:

The person (unfortunately I do not have a name) was fantastic checking us in. The individual the next morning was fantastic finding us a cab to the cruise port.

Cons:

It was extremely difficult to get an elevator up or down in the morning.

Cons:

Αθλια δωμάτια και η καθαριότητα θέλει βελτίωση. Το πρωινό μπορούσε και καλύτερα. Δεν συνδέω το όνομα SHERATON της Ευρώπης με αυτό της Αμερικής. Aθλιο CHECKI IN και εξυπηρέτηση.
