Check in process is a pain. Dont expect to check in before 4. Dont bother trying to go at 330 either as the front desk shuts down. You also have to pay for them to hold your bags.$6 per bag.

Pros:

Location and very comfortable beds. Excellent food in downstairs

Cons:

Too busy, not pleasant queuing for breakfast (unimpressive buffet), too noisy on Saturday night, small rooms with dated facilities and awful water pressure.Rooms very dark.

Pros:

The mattress was the best I've ever slept on, the room was always cleaned and the staff were absolutely amazing, especially the very happy and energia guy (who knows Portuguese) from breakfast in the morning. He definitely added to our mornings!!

Cons:

I would say that the room facilities are bit old and the lifts had the same dirty hand marks in the mirrors throughout the stay (meaning that they weren’t cleaned)…

sabanas, almohadas y baño todo ok

Cons:

no poder acceder al utimo piso (rooftop), deberia haber un bar o restaurante con vista a la ciudad
la altura de la cama me parecio muy alta, detalle importante.
