The cafe (Starbucks) had a single line with only one cashier, a long line and delays, with limited food options; restaurant, bag check front desk also had long lines and were understaffed; lobby areas and staffing undersized compared to the number of rooms and guests.

The elevators were a joke. It took 20 to 30 minutes going up or going down for the elevators because only two were working the entire time for being the third largest hotel in the city surrounded by skyscrapers. The elevator should never be broken.

We had to pay for left luggage , never done before in years of travel , breakfast queue was ridiculous and staff rude

1. I was very disappointed because I wrote to the hotel (a lot of messages with many days before our arrival) requesting a high position of the room with a Central Park view. Unfortunately, the Reception staff were unpleasant and without any understanding of the customers. Their reply: "So, are you a Marriott Bonvoy Member?" "So what you requested was a high-level floor?" "We don't have your requested option at this moment"!
2. At the check-in, they blocked an important amount on my credit card and, after the payment at my checkout (another payment), they continued to block the initial sum for too long a time! Very close to a double payment! You need a huge amount on your credit card!

There was no hot water in the bathroom, the staff wasn’t helpful and charged me twice for my room and I still have not been reimbursed

room door could not be locked;
maid did not take do not disturb sign off door so took longer to get in room because it had to be checked before entrance and I was exhausted;
bed pulled out from the wall and was very low. reminded me of a roll away bed--unacceptable for the cost paid;
mattress was not firm at all--too soft.

Puno toga. Krenimo od enormnih gužva zbog podkapacitiranog hotela i premalo osoblja.
Doslovno smo 9 dana trebali planirat svoje vrijeme i doručke jer se redovi za iste čekaju i do 45 minuta - katastrofa!
Liftovi ne rade i često se čeka i po 15-20 minuta za isti!
Osoblje je okej, ima dragih ljudi na recepciji i hostova na doručku, ali i onih koji se ponašaju kao da su oni vama platili da dođete, a ne vi hotelu.
Hotel nije renoviran tko zna od kada, u lobbyu ima premalo sjedećih mjesta, a često bude previše ljudi (pričamo o hotelu s 50 katova). Jako loš dojam sve u svemu, u hotel se dolazi odmorit i opustit, a to definitivno nismo u ovom. Zato ga ne bih preporučila!
Doručak je bogat i ima velik izbor, ali u devet dana je praktički svaki dan isto.
Uz to sve po svakoj sobi vam naplacuju $35 takse za svaki dan i onda isti taj iznos možete potrošiti u starbucksu/restoranu hotela. Starbucks smo čekali dva dana za redom po 45 minuta, a u restoranu za pojest navečer je u redu - ima dobar izbor pića i hrane. Svakako, radije bi svaki dan negdje drugdje potrošio te novce a ovako si “prisiljen” u hotelu da ti ne propadnu…
Teretana je dobra i tiha, nema puno ljudi. I kreveti su udobni, ali u sobama za 3-4 ljudi su premali da bi dvoje ljudi spavalo u istom.
I pročitajte važne informacije jer oni nude preskupi doručak uključen u cijenu samo za 2 osobe po sobi! Ako vas je 3-4 u sobi da znate računati na to! Bez obzira sto se na booking rezervirali sobu za 3-4 s ukljucenim doruckom jer u njihovim pravilima su samo 2 po sobi.
Uz to sve će vam pričuvati prtljagu ali za $6 po prtljagi po danu. 🤣

Que te cobran $35 al dia obligatorio al dia para consumir en el lobby.
No hay control de quien entra al hotel ni se requiere la llave para subir a los pisos lo cual no resulta muy seguro.
El café en las habitaciones es muy rico pero se usa demasiado plástico en los empaques del café.
Las camas no son queens son doubles, muy pequeñas para dos personas.

Worst pillows I have ever slept on and the elevator system is too slow

Filthy old rooms full of mold. Everything seems to be broken from door knobs to toilet flush. Smelly room. Should not be allowed to operate. Health hazard.

I come every year due to a conference held in the hotel. The lobby has been refurbished but I hope they will also renovate the room and the elevator.
The gym, compared to last year, had several malfunctioning machine which might cause serious injuries.
Cleaning was very basic.
