Pros:

Food and room was comfortable

Cons:

Room wasn't fully clean as there were a lot of bugs and small spiders
And i asked several times to change my room as it was next to the staff room And was very noisy but no one responded to my request

Excellent stay, lovely staff
Pros:

Had a top experience here, the pool is lovely and good range of food at the breakfast buffet. Shiva who cleaned room 3607 for my 5 week stay gave very good service and was a lovely young man. Good job! Please give him my thanks.

It is a great place to stay and worth the money spent. I would like to stay there again.
Pros:

The location and the ambience were great. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable and facilities were modernized.

A luxurious and memorable stay with exceptional hospitality—I would happily stay here again.
Pros:

Excellent hospitality, professional and courteous staff, spacious and clean rooms, delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, and a convenient location. The overall service exceeded my expectations and made my stay very comfortable.

Cons:

Everything was great overall. The only minor issue was that the check-in process took a little longer than expected during peak hours

Pros:

Good hotel, stayed in towers room category, spacious and well kept room. The house keeping staff was very good and spontaneous to provide for requests, the spa and gym staff was great, Vipin, sandeep and the whole spa team. Great experience staying at the hotel
