Cons:

Room air conditioning was very cold & location over old buildings plus the rooms are very old required MASSIVE RENOVATION & up lift . Cashing money machine at the lobby was not working to cash money by an external bank card to cash Egyptian currency, & seems being disabled since years !. The food menu can be better .

Everything was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Location and view

Cons:

Rooms are very old and needs renovation, reception was not picking up the phone during the whole stay, I asked for room decoration and they did nothing, i asked for a cake and they didnt send it.

Experience was overall very bad, but guest relations apologized and promised to compensate us in our next visit.

The unexceptional view, the hospitality , the fast responding room service & the best Reception team

Cons:

The crossing of the street to enter the beach .. there is no connection btw the hotel & the beach by any bridges or tunnels and this thing is too hard while having kids.
