J'ai passé 2 nuits au Sheraton d'Alexandrie. Le personnel est très gentil.

Cons:

En revanche, les chambres sont un peu petites. La salle de bain est également trop exiguë, et les baignoires mériteraient d'être remplacées, car elles sont vieillissantes. Enfin, les fenêtres devraient être changées afin d'améliorer l'isolation phonique et thermique : on entend beaucoup les bruits extérieurs et l'air passe à travers. Avec quelques rénovations, cet hôtel offrirait une expérience bien plus confortable.

Exceptional Stay
Pros:

The location is wonderful looking from high to the Montazah palace is great
The staff os very welcoming and professional and supportive especially Mr Ayman Zein
He is really one of the causes that I might repeat the stay
Breakfast is delicious with multiple varieties

Excellent hospitality, friendly staff, a beautiful sea-view room upgrade, and a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, the reception experience was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink, and the check-in process was quick, smooth, and efficient. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always smiling, making us feel truly welcome.

A special thanks to the front office team for their outstanding hospitality. They kindly upgraded our room to one with a beautiful sea view, which was a wonderful surprise. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special.

Although the furniture is a little dated, it is very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return.
