We have extended our stay because it was comfortable on many levels. We had an upgrade of our room and had a sea view which was amazing. The staff is warm, and professional. The service is high. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The location is very central. The staff very warm and professional. They think along and find proper solutions for questions. The service is marvelous. The rooms of high quality. We have really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend staying here

Bardzo dobry hotel; czyste pokoje, miła obsługa, pyszne, bardzo różnorodne śniadania. Miałam pokój na 9 pietrze z małym balkonem i z widokiem na morze. W hotelu znajduje się włoska restauracja (bardzo dobre jedzenie), bar w lobby i jeszcze jeden bar na pierwszym piętrze, w którym odbywają się występy muzyczne. Na zewnątrz hotelu znajduje się parę stolików, przy których można zawsze posiedzieć. Obsługa hotelu jest bardzo uczynna i pomocna. Hotel ma również prywatną plażę dobrze zorganizowaną (leżaki, parasole, reczniki, bar) po drugiej stronie ulicy.
Po drugiej stronie ulicy znajdują się Ogrody Montazah, w których warto spędzić dzień lub nawet wieczór. Bilet dla obcokrajowców kosztuje 10$،
Jedyna rzecz, która nie jest tu doskonała, to niezbyt czysta woda w morzu przy hotelowej plaży. Prawdopodobnie czystości tej wody nie zależy od hotelu, ponieważ całe wybrzeże tutaj jest zanieczyszczone. To był mój trzeci pobyt w Aleksandrii, więc wiedziałam o tym. Ja korzystałam z prywatnej plaży w Ogrodach Montazah (niestety jest płatna), ale woda tam jest trochę czystsza.
