Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was in need of refurbishment , the bathroom was very dated eg we’re used to soft closing toilets.
There were patch up silicon sections in the bathroom which were more than obvious.
In addition the carpet was long overview for renewal.

Below expectation
Pros:

Lovely lobby, but rooms (especially bathroom) was quite tired looking. Gym had decent cardio equipment but not not enough weights & only 1 bench. Outdoor jacuzzi needs to be repaired & there was no service by the pool. Given the standard of Sofitels I’ve stayed in, this hotel was under par.

Not worth the price. Not good service .
Pros:

We had to check out at 6:10am because of our flight and unfortunately the staff refused to give us anything for breakfast even though I paid for breakfast . The front staff did not give my 5 year old son a croissant.
That was very poor hospitality .

Cons:

Very poor service.
The room was filthy and dusty.
Not worth the price.

A hotel stay, with a welcoming team is always going to make guests feel special
Pros:

The room was welcoming, bed’s were comfortable, nice pillows, bathroom clean, and included a large range of teas. Housekeeping checked to see if we needed anything

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the shower tap - it was difficult to turn on

Loved it.
Pros:

Service and staff were excellent,friendly,polite and helpful. Concierge (Nakul ) was very helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem for him. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Lighting in the rooms made reading hard and shower over bath was a little tricky. All else was excellent.
