Pros:

The fact that it’s so close to the CBD & just above Central station . Luggage storage until we roamed around the city after check out until the train arrival.

Cons:

I booked a superior room with 2 double beds for 3 persons. However, I was offered a room with a king size bed with a side bed and an upgrade of breakfast, to which I agreed. I found the side bed quite uncomfortable. Also, I did not get my luggages sent to the room from concierge in time, we had to grab them ourselves since we were in a hurry to go to the CBD

Enjoyed my short stay. Would love to be able to come back and stay longer to use pool and other facilities.

Beautiful and central. Convenient.

Cons:

No welcoming af arrival with a drink. Room was not ready as requested.
Room a bit old and needs upgrading.
My view was not nice.
No complimentary water bottles in the room.
