Ottimo albergo, pulito con vista bellissima e personale molto gentile
Pros:

Struttura moderna, posizionato lungo la costa. La mia camera aveva un bellissima vista sul mare. Il personale estremamente gentile. La camera ben pulita.

Cons:

Nulla di rilevante, forse l’arredo della camera ha uno stile gradevole, ma che andrebbe aggiornato. Non vicinissimo all’aeroporto

Comfortabel en prettig hotel
Pros:

Fijn hotel, uitzicht over zee en rustige omgeving, prima locatie om Catania te verkennen en de omgeving.
Vlak bij het hotel een prima bureau om trips te maken vanuit Catania, fantastische en betrouwbare gids Diego die ook nog eens prima gezelschap is en die je vlak bij het hotel ophaalt en weer terug brengt!

Cons:

Kamers zijn wat aan de kleine kant maar schoon en prima geslapen. Het hotel ligt aardig binnen de stad waardoor je, als je met de auto bent, wel door het hectische verkeer van Catania moet om buiten de stad bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken.

Me gustó la amabilidad en recepción. Mario y María Luisa se portaron excelentemente bien con un problema externo que tuvimos.

Camera spaziosa con terrazzo e vista mare. Posizione tranquilla, fronte mare, fermata bus difronte all'hotel. Parcheggio coperto.

Cons:

Ristorante migliorabile. Pulizia non impeccabile (soprattutto nel bagno). Rapporto qualità/prezzo da migliorare.

The Tour Agency on-site provides excellent trip options - with private tour guides (highly recommended)
Check-out is 12:00, better than most hotels.

Cons:

AC is regulated and does not allow cooler temperatures, therefore, too hot at times (mid-May).
Lobby bar timings at weekends inconsistent with a conference centre approach. Being redirected to the 'pool bar' with limited options is a poor service.
The hotel is located a distance from both the airport and city centre, roads are also full of heavy traffic.
In-room dining options are limited to Lobby bar menu.
Our booking.com taxi arrived late for departure (non-hotel related).

Struttura architettonica molto, molto bella, letto comodissimo - staff stupendo!

Cons:

Appena entrato in camera forte odore umidità, ho poi scoperto che la ventola in bagno non andava (ipotizzo da molto tempo, dato l'odore per versante anche nella camera) stato manutentivo camera (soprattutto bagno, dove doccia diventata per questo poco piacevole) lascia a desiderare

terrazze o terrazzini sempre adeguatamente attrezzati con tavolini sedie e sdraio (dipende dalla dimensione di stanza o di terrazza abbinata alla camera) ma tutti molto
comodi e con vista suggestiva anche quando si affacciano solo sul giardino curato e pieno di ogni varietà di piante
le hall sia all’interno che all’esterno sono vaste bellissime e accoglienti e attrezzate comen tavoli divani tv librerie tutto a disposizione dei clienti
la colazione: favolosa freschezza dei prodotti e sia siciliana che internazionale
il ristorante di ottima qualità
il mio hotel preferito per soggiornare a Catania
