The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hygiene was particularly poor. There were even hair strands left behind by previous guests in the bathroom, and the toilet had not been properly cleaned. The electric kettle was covered in a layer of dust, and there was a strong musty smell in the room. The facilities were also very old and outdated.

This hotel is so terrible I have had to write to the Marriott group to register my disgust . I have also sent photographs to them of the absolutely appalling state of the room.

Posizione ottima, zona tranquilla, ma a pochi km dal centro di catania e dalla riviera dei ciclopi. Ottima per visitare la zona di Catania e dell'etna. Pulizia e dimensione della camera.

Cons:

Unica piccola nota: il costo del parcheggio.

Esperaba más, no quede contenta.
Pros:

La plataforma que da al mar y la piscina y los señores que trabajan en la piscina muy amables.

Cons:

Está viejo, le falta mantenimiento nos dieron una pieza que era muy fea y tenía olor a cigarro. La verdad me esperaba más.

La piscina estaba sucia todo el borde desde donde se acaba el agua se podía ver que tenía hongos verdes.

Bom cafe da manha e estacionamento

Cons:

Pessima localizacao ( longe de tudo., sem nenhum comercio proximo.). Restaurante fraquissimo com horario restrito, menu pobre e prioridade para eventos em detrimento ao hospede de lazer. Ar condicionado injetava fumaca de cigarro dentro do quarto. Poucos e mal humorados funcionarios.
