Location was terrific. Staff was helpful and informative. Loved the Starbucks in the lobby.
Being charged for bell captain services. THat's a first for me. We've always tipped, but never actually paid a fee to hold the bags pre- or post-checkin.
The rooms are quite nice. Beds conformable. Shower decent, slightly low pressure.
But the elevators down from my floor (12) are absolutely miserable. Unacceptable. Waits of 10+ minutes have happened over 3 times. Everyone at our conversation is complaining about it.

Hotel de haut standing tout est magnifique très classe très luxueux. Chambre magnifique vue sur la ville et ses building. Matelas literie top tout est parfait. Un des opus bel hotel de notre séjour.
Le bruit de la machinerie d'ascenseur est très présent dans la chambre peut être du a la proximité de la chambre attribuée et de l'ascenseur. Étant donné la taille de l'hôtel et le nombre de chambre l'ascenseur est très utilisé.
