Pros:

Location was okay

Cons:

Cannot believe why I need to pay to store bags 3 dollars a piece at this rate. Only available if I waited till 11am or for check outs. Security gave me a hard time for resting in the lobby when my room was not ready. Then room had thin walls and the noise were very clear coming from the other room or outside. Toilet papers were given at the minimum width that it almost break in my hand. Waited very very very long for elevators

a spectcular stay .. there for Rush concert .. your hotel/staff/location contributed to the magic

Your main floor restaurant was amazing .. the service, menu, wine options .. my breakfast and dinner experiencee were wonderful!

Very friendly and professional staff. Location is optimal for downtown events. Easy access to the airport.

It was an okay time but could’ve been better
Pros:

location of convenience for tourists was nice, fitness centre had lot’s of equipment and very big, swimming pool was nice too

Cons:

Our room is right cross from ice machine that was very loud for all night 24hrs. Bathroom was not cleaned well as it had a lot hair in the corner ( but On September 4th the housekeeper did a good job noticing. The elevators are quite slow with 1 coming out of the 6.
