De parkeergarage is een hel!
Ik heb twee keer moeten betalen. zowel aan de balie, op de kamer maar vervolgens ook nog in de kelder bij de slagboom. De helpdesk bij de slagboom weigerde te bellen naar de balie waardoor ik dus gegijzeld werd in de kelder. Zeer vervelend, zeer klantonvriendelijk en geheel niet nodig. Dit kan beter!

Cons:

Being charged for bell captain services. THat's a first for me. We've always tipped, but never actually paid a fee to hold the bags pre- or post-checkin.
