…nicht so anspruchsvoll wie erwartet!

Cons:

Minibar war nicht gefüllt; Getränke konnten nur schriftlich für den Folgetag geordert werden, was bei nur einer Übernachtung keinen Sinn macht.

La posizione

Cons:

L'accoglienza pessima da parte della reception, non c'è il parcheggio e quello convenzionato è alto solo m.1,90 e non era specificato altrimenti avrei scelto un altro albergo.
La moquette delle 3 camere era molto macchiato, lisa e vecchia.
Nella mia camera non c'era la presa per ricaricare il telefono.

Sehr gutes und empfehlenswertes Stadthotel in Essen.
Pros:

Sehr schöne und gut klimatisierte Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist Spitzenklasse. Der Schlafkomfort ist gut; es sind zwei Kopfkissen je Gast zur Verfügung gestellt. Personal ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Alles in allem ein Empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ist etwas zu laut. Die Qualität der Cocktails, in der sehr guten Bar, sind optimierungsfähig.

Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und stets freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte div. Mängel. Z.b Badtür schwer zu schließen da oberes Scharnier lose, Teppich mit div. Flecken. Tapeten lösem sich von der Wand. Deckenfluter defekt. Gardinen mit löchern. etc.
