Pros:

大浴場はポイントが高い。利用時間の長さも魅力。朝食もいつもおいしいです。

Cons:

エアコンフィルター等の汚れ。空気清浄機もフィルターが汚れていて、せっかくの装備も無駄の感が強い。調度品などは東横インと比べ物にならないほどよいのに。残念です。

快適に過ごせました。

スタッフは親切だった。

Cons:

お部屋の匂いが気になった。
朝食付きだったが、内容は悪くなかったが、料理の追加待ちが度々発生していた。食後のコーヒーを待つのが長かった。

Cons:

チェックインが遅くなる連絡もきちんと入れていたのに、部屋に着いたら、蒸し風呂のような暑さ…
節電だから？それにしてもこの時期はやめた方が良いと思う！ゲストが着く少し前には部屋を涼しくして整えるべきでは？？
しばらく部屋のドアを開けていないと部屋にいられないくらい暑かった！！
そこだけが、とても残念でした。
これは、通常のことなのか疑問？？
