This is a wonderful hotel with excellent service and clean, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

We stayed in a family room with both double and twin beds and appreciated the value and family-friendly stay. Highly recommended. Extremely clean room with attached balcony and room to walk around. Equipped with an armoire and desk. Bathroom featured a nice shower, great water pressure, and heated radiator. Just a block from the tram stop this hotel is easy to reach on foot. Very nice breakfast available for a reasonable price.

Cons:

It's a bit away from central Mainz but is fast and easy to reach via tram or car.

Pros:

Ich habe ein Upgrade erhalten und meine Erwartungen wurden quasi übertroffen. Ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit schönen, modernen Holzmöbeln. Sogar einen Balkon hatte ich. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Bett war super bequem und ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Preis/Leistung absolut top. Die kostenfreien Parkplätze waren perfekt.

Pros:

Siamo stati molto bene. Albergo molto accogliente. Quartiere gradevole e silenzioso.
Parcheggio comodissimo. Wifi ok. Personale molto accogliente ed anche molto disponibile verso la nostra cagnolina. Grazie di tutto.

Alles gut!!!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein großes und geräumiges Zimmer. Alles gut. Bett war in Ordnung, ebenso das Frühstück.

Cons:

Auf dem Fernseher im Zimmer gab es nur Programme des ZDF. Die Rezeption konnte auch nicht helfen???? Aber wir waren dort ja nicht zum Fernsehen verreist.

Gute Lage aber in die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, kostenfreier Parkplatz, Straßenbahn gleich um die Ecke und Frühstück völlig ausreichend

Cons:

Betten sind schon älter und machen Geräusche.
Das Hotel ist hellhörig. Man hört jede Tür, jedes Duschen und jede Toilettenspülung anderer Zimmer
