From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
Lestari tax/Heritage Fee RM3.00/room/night will be collected at Property Upon Arrival.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

La piscina, el personal y el desayuno están muy bien.
El hotel en sí está bien, pero no la ubicación. Está a 20-25 minutos en coche de la ciudad. La zona es poco transitable para moverse caminando, por lo que hay que permanecer en el hotel o desplazarse en coche.
La playa es enorme, ideal para una caminata por la orilla del mar, pero no es buena para bañarse. El agua es oscura (fangosa), hay medusas y la corriente es peligrosa.
Respecto a las instalaciones, recomendaría poner una lámpara en la mesa de noche, pues los únicos interruptores se ubicaban en la entrada de la habitación.

Kedudukan yang menarik berdekatan dengan pantai, tempat makan yang menarik seperti SeaBa Seafood dan Kassim Baba Roti Tempayan serta kolam yang besar.
Manager tidak membantu ketika dilobby kaunter ada customer yang marah-marah kerana dah pukul 4:00 masih tak dapat bilik dan mangkuk tandas yang kuning dan kotor. Serta tuala mandi yang dah lusuh serta shower gel yang tak topup.

The swimming pool
I like the view of the hotel itself. The hotel near to thr beach and easy to seethe sunset and sunrise.
The parking. I was stay at the courtyard chalet. The hotel should reserve for customer who stay at the courtyard chalet since the chalet only for one family. I do believe only one car should be provided. When peak season, the nearest parking to the chalet was taken by other beach chalet. Maybe the management can ask for quantities of the car will be needed and make it reserved.
Also i get the courtyard which faced the staff store where i was expecting to see other view. Maybe the description should be clear for courtyard chalet.
