Great place would come again
Pros:

Easy check in and going in even after front desk closed. Held baggage for a long time.

Would not recommend.
Pros:

The location of the property is very good, quiet and convenient to public transport and lively areas. The staff were kind and sought to be helpful. An update based on previous reviews: the hotel now provides large bath towels.

Cons:

The effusive reviews are baffling. The hotel leaves the impression that it’s trying to avoid any sort of actual maintenance or upkeep; maybe past reviews were from when the hotel first opened but now it appears in need of renovation. Also note that there is no linger a cafe on the ground floor, and no cutlery is provided on site.

First and foremost, a mildew smell permeates the entire property and stained carpet in the hallways. There are little notes pasted throughout the room with instructions of how not to use the room. Towels are only replaced after four days. The air conditioning unit is not appropriately sized for the room, such that it is either too warm or too cold. The bathroom, as many reviewers mention, is apparently common Korean style where the shower is not separate from the sink and toilet room, which is inconvenient and unpleasant in and of itself; but additionally, somehow the mounting fixture for the shower head is incorrectly installed and cannot move freely, limiting your ability to actually shower. Because of this, the steel-glass door to the bathroom is in obvious need of repair and the carpeting has come unglued on the room side of the door. On top of all this, our room rate was exorbitant because of a holiday weekend, not at all comparable to the quality of the stay.

Pros:

The rooms are small but very cozy, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the view from the room was lovely. The location was definitely the highlight, especially for our first trip to Seoul. Many of the main attractions are within walking distance, which made exploring the city very convenient. Overall, a great place to stay!

Pros:

Super Lage perfekt für alle die zufuß bzw. Mit den Öffis unterwegs sind. Extra Pluspunkt für normalgroße Handtücher entgegen dem Koreanischen standart. Bad ist eine nasszelle und ab und zu braucht es ein bisschen gefühl bis man vom Wasserhahn auf den Duschkopf umgeschalten hat.

Cons:

Zimmer eher Klein.

Pros:

The location is convenient!! Lots of nice shops around!

The bed and pillow were hard.

It’s very quiet at night.

Cons:

It’s not crystal clean, probably because the room was pretty white. I managed to find some hairs around the stairs and on the table in my room. The hotel has a bit of smell which wasn’t decent. It can be a bit dark to walk to the hotel at night. Make sure to enter from the Starbucks from the main road.

Pros:

La chambre est certe petite, mais très fonctionnelle.
Il y a à disposition dans la chambre une petite enceinte et un engin pour se masser le dos ou les pieds ce qui est tres agréable pour se relaxer quand on a passé sa journée a marcher. Hôtel relativement propre. L'emplacement était pour moi parfait, rue calme mais dans un quartier dynamique et plein de chose a visiter !
