This is a good, but not great, Marriott hotel. We had booked a castle view suite months in advance only to be advised one day before that it was no longer available. We were given a “no view suite” and a smallish credit instead. Very unsatisfactory but what can you do? Perhaps it was due to the ICC conference they were hosting. Other negatives were the sofa bed needs a better mattress and our room wasn’t serviced after being out most of the day.
The positives were very helpful staff, especially the concierge and porters, the lounge facilities that came with our suite were excellent and the location was great. Also it had air conditioning which was a positive given it was so warm when we were there.
It did its job for the two nights we were there but we wouldn’t rush back.

Very low category among Sheraton chain of hotels. Would not recommend to regular Sheraton customers. House keeping seems to be outsourced and not managed well by hotel, even after requesting 10-1PM housekeeping it was not done. Huge communication gap among the staff. Requested tea cups in the room on last day - never arrived!
However, Concierge team was very helpful.
We stayed room 735 Castle View Suite with view of the castle and it was wonderful! The room was beautiful, clean and well supplied. My only complaint was the the mattress on the sleeper sofa was NOT comfortable. I highly recommend visiting the hydrospa experience. It is well worth it! The Club on level 1 for members was excellent. The food and drink were very appreciated before and after all the walking and sight seeing you will do. It is walking distance to the castle and Royal Mile but for seniors or people with difficulty walking, it may be somewhat difficult.
I stayed 4 nights and enjoyed my experience. Staff were great from the moment we arrived and my room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom lacks privacy and the light switches take a bit of getting used to . Air conditioning was great . We didn't eat in the hotel as we had made other plans with friends. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would have no hesitation recommending the Sheraton .

It's a bit dark the rooms, Halls and lobby's could all do with the light being turn up or more on
Excellent location, very comfortable mattresses, pillows, and high-quality bed linen. Good breakfast.
We kept the air conditioner running during the day while we were out and turned it off at night because it was very noisy (it sounded like a passing train). So, in the end, it wasn’t a deal-breaker.

Pela classificação poderia usar o spa sem custo , ela me disse que teria que pagar.

The staff were very helpful. The bed was very comfortable
I didn’t like the confusion with lights in the room and the glass separating the bathroom/ toilet facility. The tv on the side wall was not practical to watch tv from the bed. Also when we are paying so much to stay that we had to pay extra for the breakfast, which should be included. Lastly the signage for the swimming pool was not very clear from the 5th floor
