Pros:

朝食が魅力的
Pros:

施設全体的に清潔で快適に過ごせました。

Overall a great place to stay.
Pros:

location for my needs was superb, right next to Akabane station. Breakfast was a bit pricey but not too bad. The room was very small but for Japan and for what i paid it was adequate.

Cons:

Not too much really. it suited me as a solo traveler. If i was to bring my partner I'd definitely need a bigger room.

駅から近く都内への移動にもちょうどいいのでまた利用したいです。
Pros:

部屋が広くベッドも広くゆっくりすることができました。
引き出しに少し大きめの鏡があったのと、アメニティも豊富で良かったです。
0時までドリンクバーやお菓子が用意されているのも良かったです。
駅からも３分で、周りにも店舗が充実していて移動するのに快適でした。
スタッフの方も皆さん対応がよかったです。
行きと帰りで荷物を預かっていただけるサービスもよかったです。
また足を怪我してしまい、絆創膏をいただけてありがたかったです。

Cons:

洗面所が開けた瞬間生乾きの嫌な臭いでずっと臭かったのと、他の方の口コミでも拝見しましたがドアの下に髪の毛が2本落ちていました。また、トイレ周りの床も黒ずんでいて残念でした。
部屋は窓際だった為か、電車の音がかなりきこえていました。
部屋の壁は傷にテープのようなもので補強されていたり古さを感じましたが、そこは料金もお安い為仕方ないかと思いました。

リッチが良いので、サービスも頑張って欲しいです。

駅から近い。周りにお店があり、買い物に困らない

Cons:

禁煙ルームのはずなのに、タバコの匂いがした。
アメニティーは、やはり部屋に常備して欲しい。
冷蔵庫は、事前に冷やしてほしい。
駐車場サービスを充実させて欲しい。

You get what you pay for, but it could be better.
Pros:

Stayed here for 10 days. So close to the station and shops, very convenient. There’s free drinks every night. They have package service so I can order things on Amazon and directly receive at front desk.

Cons:

Room is not cleaned too thoroughly, got handprint left on the headboard the day I arrived, and carpet looks old and not cleaned very well. Normally the room is cleaned every three days, but on the last cleaning day I was in the room until noon and had “do not disturb”on. But when I came back at night, it was still not cleaned and not even towels provided.
Most front desk staff had good attitude, except for an older male staff who was not responsive when I talk to him in Japanese, I thought that was very rude.
Room is quite small.
Takes three scans of room key to open my door every time.
