Wonderful!
Pros:

Breakfast was a little disappointing but as I’d been unaware that it was included, it was a bonus. Staff were lovely and polite.

Cons:

As already pointed out, breakfast was a bit of a let down but all in all there wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

Breakfast was great staff very accommodating requested earl grey tea and beans on toast not on the main menu
Even asked if I wanted extra toast

Cons:

Loved the room the view the location
Only down side parking had to use the pay and display car park an extra £20 not really planned for however did find the small back car park and dropped bags off through back entrance which was appreciated

It's okay
Pros:

Great location, couldn't ask for much better being about a minute from the beach and a few minutes from the town centre. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

Weird issue where the light in the bathroom turns on based on motion detection but its under sensitive and you're in the bathroom and the light turns off 4 or 5 times leaving you in total darkness until you can get the thing to recognise there's someone in there. Breakfast was very average, would get breakfast out if I were to stay again.

Loved it
Pros:

Staff really welcoming, beautiful location and lovely rooms. Really good selection for breakfast too, nothing was too much trouble when I asked for hash browns and beans with some toast for my fussy daughter!
