Polite and helpful staff, spotlessly clean and great location.
Pros:

The hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were polite and extremely helpful. I took the option of evening meals, which were very good.

Cons:

Bathroom and shower cubicle were a little small, but that didn't detract from overall experience of the property.

Pros:

The Giltar is in a great location overlooking South Beach.

Cons:

Hotel room could have been a little cleaner. Deluxe Room 'Swn y Mor' did not have a bath, only shower but states a bath in the facilities offered. Room a little over priced.

Comfortable, welcoming stay at the Giltar Hotel, in Tenby.
Pros:

I liked the location, as it was opposite a beach. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast that I had was nice. It was plentiful.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hair dryer which was provided in the room, wasn't working very well. That needs to be sorted out.

What a lovely hotel
Pros:

Fabulous views of South Beach. Absolutely breathtaking. The whole staff is professional and friendly. It is a very welcoming hotel. We very much enjoyed breakfast. We also had dinner twice during our stay and the food was excellent. Comfy bed and clean room. We do hope to come back soon.

Cons:

The only tiny downside was the weak water pressure in the shower. But it didn't bother us.
