Pros:

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Lovely lounge. Lift was very handy. Nicely decorated rooms. Clean. Fantastic provided for the hot weather.car park provided though difficult to park large car. Good outside seating area.

Cons:

If you don't want a full meal there is no other food service in an evening. Breakfast was average.

Pros:

My breakfast was overdone egg was hard bacon overcooked last day breakfast wasting but had to ask for soft egg service took bit longer proovimy eggs were not cooked earlier

Loved Tenby, super hotel, everything we needed for our break. Will come again .
Pros:

Room 2 14 excellent, sea view clean everything zi wished for. Excellent night's sleep, shower brilliant.
Meal in evening super, nice choice reasonable price.breakfast super, excellent service. Bar facilities ok.

Cons:

Everything was fine. Would have stayed another night but you were fully booked.

Pros:

The room was decorated nicely and understand the hotel is slowly being renovated. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Really nice to have a seating area by the window and a dressing table too! Bathroom toiletries and towels were also very good.

Cons:

If I could change one thing it would be the breakfast. Staff were pleasant however service was a little slow (other guests served before us despite us being there earlier). The juices were unpleasant and would have liked more choice of cereal and fruit/seed toppings.

The Giltar hotel feels like it’s from another age in terms of elegance and hospitality. We loved our stay.
Pros:

We had a stunning view from our well-appointed room in a beautiful, historic building. I loved the classic large windows with wrought iron work on the balcony. We loved our stay at the Giltar - the staff, the room, and the breakfast were all exceptional.

So geht Urlaub!!
Pros:

Einfach eine herausragende Unterkunft mit einem atemberaubenden Meerblick. Der ganze Ort ist einfach nur super. Pubs, kleine Läden, eine eigene Craftbeer-Brauerei. Toll, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Pros:

Fabulous hotel. Clean, beautifully decorated. Friendly, attentive and helpful staff

Cons:

Room window opens next to kitchen ventilation chimneys - smell of cooking and fan noise in the morning, so had to keep window closed. But difficult to see how this could be improved.

Tenby in summer
Pros:

Perfect location. Room with a view and a bath! nice staff and good breakfast. Even had the best summer weather :)

Excellent value
Pros:

Great value for money, I stayed in a single room and had a beautiful sea view. Staff were really lovely and helpful. Breakfast is also fantastic value

No fan or aircon which made the room quite warm
