Location was convenient

Cons:

Looks like they tried to update an old hotel but did not do a good job. Attention to detail is lacking. Broken decor that was gawdy. Coffee not available 24/7. Staff sitting on phones or nobody at front desk many times. Charge a lot for little service and you have to pay extra for breakfast. I can get breakfast included at other hotels that are nicer, cleaner and cheaper.

I stayed there 6 years ago it seemed much better then

It was along my traveled route. Easy to park my trailer

Cons:

Overpriced for the amities that I received. Had to share the microwave down the hall. Thought I booked a suite and it was just a regular room

Excellent stay to visit Wake Forest U
Pros:

The hotel looks quite new. The only thing I noticed were the electrical outlets by the nightstand, that looked loose so that my charger needed a little wiggling before it caught.
Everything else was excellent. The room was spotless, the staff was outstanding, very helpful, like you find at a Ritz-Carlton.
There is a coin operated washing machine with dryer.
It's a relatively small city, so if you need a rideshare, it's worth reserving ahead in the app, because 15 minutes is a typical wait time.
