Pros:

Breakfast was great, views beautiful. Hotel manager was really helpful, but not the rest of the staff

Cons:

Staff not all that friendly. It was not very clean and charged for a couple of bottles of water in the room. Room just seemed a little underwhelming and not all that clean feeling.

Pros:

Not a lot we liked

Cons:

Checkin we sat for 1hr waiting as she said room wasn’t ready. Children allowed to run around yelling and screaming, no staff asked them to behave. Children running up and down hallways yelling. Elevator floors very slippery as guests were going in wet from the pool. We checked out 2 days early and went elsewhere.

Pros:

I would come back. Loved the property and the golf course

Cons:

The caddies were not very good. I golf a lot and they just were not well trained. It was cart path only and they didnt know where the golf ball was located. Didnt offer to clean the ball on the green The staff in general were nice but seemed confused. They didnt know how to chage drinks at the pool to my room, they did figure it out.
