Everything
No dislikes
Really, not much. The experience was so bad in the check-in process, that couldn't really enjoy anything of the hotel. The only thing I could say was good, were the pillows
Arrived at 11:00 pm with my wife, after a long trip and very tired. There was no one in the front desk and other couples waiting in front of us. Waited 15 minutes for someone to arrive. When someone showed up he was with the other guests in front of us for another 15min. and then he left again and came back ten minutes later. Asked him what was going on. His response was "please wait a minue'. In the end we had to wait for another 15 minutes when we finally got to the check in desk. He told me that they were trying to get us a room (!!!). Waited another 10 min and he told us he got a room for us but sent someone to check it to confirm. Another 10 min and we finally got the key to our room. In summary it took us more than an hour from the moment we walked in front of the check-in desk until we got a room. Worst experience ever in an hotel which we had reserved well in advance.
10/10 I highly recommend!
Everything was absolutely perfect!
Great personnel except one man on Sunday morning at front desk made no eye contact and was not helpful but the girl there was . Nice but you need a work out room back up for sundays
Work out area should be onsite
Breakfast ends too soon
It was well put together staff members included
Everything was good
Excellent facility, food, clean rooms, people are very friendly and helpful etc.
I don’t know.
I stayed here for 2 nights while I was having surgery at UNC. This is an older Sheraton that has been renovated. The executive lounge was nice but the offerings weren’t the best. The rooms we booked were updated, but I had minor housekeeping issues with dirty carpet. Only a surface lot is available for parking meaning on busy nights long walks to the car.
Location and staff
Seems old and bit rundown
Coffee machine was broken in the morning 1st day of my stay
