The hotel looks might deceive you . The actual hotel is underground and the one you see is not the same one

Had a great time! Great value. Staffs were exceptional from housekeeping, shuttle drivers, restaurant servers.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. The shower was broken. The cold water in the shower didn’t work so the water was scalding hot. With the heat wave and humidity outside all I wanted was to take a cool shower but it ended up being the worst experience ever

Location, value and price, equipment, and the cleanness

Cons:

The neighbours were crying and yelling in the hall and corridor at 4 am. We were requested a baby crib to our room previouly. During our check-in we also asked, but it was not arrived. After one hour I had to go back to the reception and they just figured out that they took into another room. But when the other room denied it was not fixed and looked for the right place, so it took 1,5 hour to get the crib.
