Location is great but lacked amenities listed.
Pros:

The properly was located just close enough to drive to everything and far enough to be away from the noise.

Cons:

Unfortunately it took over 30 mins to check in, then once checked in there was no phone, internet or cable. The major issue was they booked a huge group of children who were woken up at 6am but excessive pounding in all the doors on the same floor include mine. If it happened once okay but three times isn’t an accident.

The girl at the front desk couldn't get it right so the other front desk person had to help her out and it was frustrating I have been standing in to try to figure all of it out for 45 or 50 minutes

A blessing 🙌
Pros:

We had a great stay at this Sheraton located walking distance and with a view of the Pentagon. The price was great and staff was very helpful

Cons:

The hotel is in the process of renovating therefore the vending machines were bare or empty and the store is closed therefore you must order food if you do not indulge in their restaurant's breakfast and dinner.

One of receptionists!
The lady with short hair and blonde highlight unsympathetic, not friendly, rude, ignore us and in my thought she's racist to Asian like us. We flew from Vegas in the morning and came to hotel early. As Indonesian, I was so polite asking about my booking to that lady and might early check in for pay. She just ask my last name & first name. She didnt find my data in computer and asked me to contact third party (booking.com) about my booking. I gave her my passport ID & printing out my booking, hoped she could recheck by systemShe neglected & still asked me to contact third party
