Pros:

В цілому зручні апартаменти, все необхідне було. Дуже приємний персонал, привітний, зустріли з посмішкою, поцікавились самопочуттям, все пояснили детально. По чистоті ідеально. Якщо буду в Вільнюсі з ночівлею, скористаюсь цим готелем.

Cons:

Трошки було прохолодно в кімнаті, що дивно для літа 😅 Але і нас апартаменти були на -1 поверсі

Good Old Town
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful in answering our enquiries. The hotel is located just inside the Old Town itself, so all the sights were in walking distance.

Pros:

Beligenhet var ok, det var rent og rommet var romslig.

Cons:

Rommet lå i øverste etasje og hadde kun et smalt vindu høyt på taket som ikke var mulig å åpne. Det gjør at rommet aldri kan luftes og det stank innestengt svette/fuktighet. Dette burde ikke vært lov å leie ut. 3000nok for 3 netter i denne stinkehulen er dette et ran.

Pros:

Die Altstadt von Vilnius ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich. Der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist zwar eng, aber sehr wichtig in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Statt eines ruhigen Zimmers haben wir zuerst eins im Erdgeschoß neben der Straße erhalten. Nach mehrmaligem Protest erhielten wir ein Appartement in einem Seitenflügel, das deutlich angenehmer war. Allerdings rochen die Betten etwas muffig.

Месторасположение - ходили пешком, все обязательные достопримечательности рядом. Номер просторный, в нем есть все необходимое

Pros:

Établissement bien placé proche de la vieille ville accessible en bus depuis l'aéroport et à pieds depuis la gare routière dans une rue peu passante donc au calme. Petit déjeuner bon et varié.

Decent. Bad wifi.
Pros:

Good location near old town and train station.

Cons:

Wifi was terrible. Slow and kept dropping out. Also, my "deluxe apartment" had no window I could open, just a skylight with no way to block out the early morning light.

Pros:

Good location. Walking distance to town centre and anywhere around old town.

Cons:

Awful noise from other guests ( large group of unsupervised young people 15/16 year olds), there rooms were everywhere around my room. Also Being allocated next to both housekeepers room and laundry room ( top floor). Literally the worst stay I ever had there ( can’t remember exactly fourth or fifth time staying there and definitely the last one). When I tried to approach front desk about young people slamming the door and screaming for a few hours I was literally yelled at by angry looking receptionist saying it’s not her responsibility to control them. Her actual words were “what do you want me to do about it, it’s not my problem..!?Also she added they might calmed down by midnight ( they haven’t) and also that they were leaving tomorrow. She also angrily added she won’t be moving me to another room because they are full ( they weren’t, there was plenty of rooms available to book online) but I didn’t even asked to be moved. I don’t think I said anything else because I was shocked literally felt triggered and threatened after she yelled at me from the moment I approached her. Awful behaviour. I left reception in shock and was dreading to see same person next day, luckily she wasn’t there next day or the day after when I checked out. Fair to say the first night was sleepless. Also cleanliness nothing like it used to be. I carry wet towels with me anytime so did my own cleaning before unpacking. Nothing was wiped from previous guests, but towels and bedding looked fresh so I made no big deal about it.
