Bonica experiència enmig de la natura

Cons:

Que no es pugui pagar amb targeta de crèdit. Es pot pagar només amb efectiu (impossible pels turistes que ens quedem més de una nit) o bé amb transferència bancària, amb unes comissions elevades per canvi divisa.
El preu és per a catalogar-se de alta categoria-ecosostenible però el servei i les facilitats de pagament no estàn a l’alçada. Manca de professionalitat

Una experiencia afectada por la falta de empatía

Tenía este alojamiento en mi bucket list y estaba muy emocionada por visitarlo. El lugar es realmente hermoso, rodeado de naturaleza, y se nota el esfuerzo que pusieron en crear un estilo acogedor y diferente.

Cons:

Sin embargo, la experiencia se vio afectada por la gestión del lugar. La gerente carece de empatía, sentido común y formación en servicio al cliente. Su trato fue poco amable, con una actitud altanera y escasa disposición para escuchar a los huéspedes.

A pesar de lo bonito del entorno, no es un lugar al que desee regresar.

Lo más bonito que he visto en El Valle.
Pros:

El alojamiento es increíble. Precioso. En medio de la Jungla literal, con todo tipo de detalles, cuidado, limpio, bonito.. si vais al Valle os lo recomiendo 100%. Es un sitio que no deja indiferente
Tenéis que tener en cuenta que está en medio de la naturaleza por lo que hay bichos y animales alrededor, pero aún así no ha sido excesivo. Si no te gusta la naturaleza te sugiero que vayas a otra zona de Samaná.
Esta literamente a 6 minutos andando de la playa, por un camino selvático muy agradable. Y su piscina muy bonita. Las cabañas para dormir súper cómodas y especiales y los baños una pasada. Buen desayuno y una zona de estar increíble para poder relajarse. El personal encantador, sobre todo Sofia la encargada, que nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos. Si buscas tranquilidad El Valle Lodge es el sitio ideal para relajarse y alejarse del ruido de República Dominicana.

it was exactly what I was looking for! Something authentic, a real jungle experience. it feels so amazing to sleep in those beautiful, cozy bungalows, with all the sounds of nature around you. I swear I had some of the best sleep of my life. and the shower… I loved it. it’s semi-open, so you’re literally showering while looking at palm leaves. And the hotel itself is located 5 min walking from the beach. Top!!

Cons:

Wish they would offer lunch as well. Because breakfast and dinner was amazing.
