The highlight of our stay was the outstanding hospitality provided by Jyothi and the entire female staff team. Jyothi was truly exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs, especially as we were travelling with our six-month-old baby. They even helped us with changing our baby's nappies, which was such a thoughtful and caring gesture. Their warmth and support made us feel genuinely welcome. A special 10/10 for Jyothi and all the wonderful female staff!
However, despite the fantastic hospitality, there were a couple of issues that affected our experience. After travelling for approximately 18 hours by flight, we were exhausted and desperately needed some rest. Unfortunately, the room door was faulty, and it took several hours for the issue to be resolved. As a result, I was unable to get the sleep I needed. The checkout process was also delayed, which was disappointing.
Staff is perfect and very accommodating.
Room wasnt clean enough. Some rooms stinks.

予約していたのに部屋の用意がなく、2時間待たされたあげく、部屋についたらお湯が出ないトラブルで部屋を移してもらうのに2時間待たされた。
疲れているのに最悪な体験になった。
インド時間でスタッフは5分待ってくれ、10分待ってくれと言うが時間を守られたことはない。
バスルームには子虫がたくさんいるし、壁が薄くて隣のテレビの音で眠れない。

Room had a moldy smell, breakfast restaurant was so full that we had to wait to be seated and food was average for a "luxury" hotel.

The hotel is well located and green, sustainability is also a focus area here.
The room was well appointed and the staff was helpful.
The airconditioning was not upto the mark, the temperature for cooling wasn't maintained and I had to change to another room,plus it was noisy.
