Had a wonderful experience with the continental food here. A special appreciation to Chef Suresh for his amazing hospitality and excellent understanding of guests’ preferences. He takes the effort to understand your taste and prepares food that perfectly suits your palate. The flavors were outstanding and my taste buds still remember the dishes he made. The only reason I keep coming back here is Chef Suresh — his food and warm hospitality make every visit special.

I found the food quality at ITC to be very good.

The response from the staff at th itc restaurant was excellent.
The room we were given had already been used, and there was food scattered all over the place.
. The bathroom of the room I was shown wasn't clean either; towels were lying on the floor.
. I had to call room service three or four times just to get a single item.
. I wanted a large room at the hotel, but I was given a very small room.
Luxurious room good service. Mr Kumar takes care of good house keeping.
A big thanks to all the staff for taking great care of me after I fell sick during my stay. The facilities were wonderful, but the attitude and actions of the staff truly elevated the experience.

Had a wonderful 2 nights stay on my business trip here. First time stayed at ITC Windsor, but being lifetime platinum Marriott member I could notice service quality quickly. Pleasantly surprised by their superior service quality - comparing with similar 5 star Marriott properties in town. Specially would like to call out Lokesh G from laundry dept who went extra mile! Well done and keep it up!

Outstanding service from the two housekeeping boys Advay and Deepak - perfect for families!As a parent staying here with my baby, cleanliness is my absolute top priority. I want to give a special thank you to the two boys handling the housekeeping for our room. They have been absolutely exceptional!Every single day, they kept our room spotlessly clean, completely dust-free, and perfectly sanitized. What impressed me the most was their incredible manners and thoughtfulness. They always coordinated their cleaning schedule around my baby's nap times so they wouldn't disturb him, and they were very careful not to use any harsh or strong-smelling chemicals that could bother the baby's lungs.They were always polite, respectful, and eager to help with a smile. Their hard work gave me complete peace of mind during our stay. The hotel management should be very proud to have these two dedicated young men on their team!
