Excellent hospitality and food !
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable. Room service was prompt and the food was impeccable in all the restaurants especially in Dum Pukht Jolly Nawobs . The breakfast spread was also delicious and filling with lot of options . My kid enjoyed playing in the Lancelot garden as well .

Good getaway spot
Pros:

Culinary options extraordinary. Serene poolside, a great gym, luxury hours as they call it ..

Cons:

Room- dated, maintenance issues , bathroom lights were not working 3036. Room had a off smell

Pros:

Room was exceptional and very clean. Loved the aesthetics of the room.
With respect to breakfast. I loved the spread. The staff was extremely hospitable and made the stay very pleasant.

Not Again
Pros:

The room was decent. A nice size. Service was very good.

Cons:

The food was abyssmal. They did not have half the dishes on the menu. They didn't have many drinks at the bar. when asked they said it was not available in the city, which i found later to be unture. ITC is known for its excellent food. But this hotel was way below standard. And in general it felt like i was staying at a hotel that was not 5 star. it was run down.

Pros:

One of the best antique properties to stay. It’s peaceful, well maintained, hygienic, quiet and overall an amazing place to stay.

Cons:

The breakfast area in the morning is usually fully packed. Finding a place might take sometime especially if you are single.

Great hospitality, iconic building, catering to all needs, attention to detail by staff. Best spa massage kaya kalpa and great food. Staff made moment special by organizing birthday cake for our son.

Cons:
