I had a brilliant experience at the Fabelle Chocolate Classes! The session was incredibly engaging, informative, and hands-on. A huge thank you to Chef Piyansu and Chef Pallabi for their patience, expertise, and passion for chocolate-making. They explained every step with great clarity, shared valuable tips, and made the entire experience fun and interactive.

Whether you’re a beginner or a chocolate enthusiast, I would highly recommend this class. I walked away with new skills, delicious creations, and wonderful memories. Thank you, Chef Piyansu and Chef Pallabi, for making it such a delightful experience!

Went for a buffet dinner at Raj Pavilion. The spread was fantastic. The Moroccan chicken and the live kulfi counters were delightful.

I had a very enjoyable stay at ITC Windsor. All the staff were exceptionally attentive, welcoming and professional throughout my visit.

I would particularly like to recognise Sanjay and Gowtham. After I accidentally spilt a room-service yoghurt drink one evening, they came promptly to clean the room and dealt with everything quickly, thoroughly and with great care.

The waiters and waitresses in the hotel restaurant were also consistently fantastic. Their warm, attentive service contributed greatly to the experience.

Royal Afghan never disappoints. The food was outstanding, with rich flavors and excellent quality. Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of authentic taste. Our stay at ITC Windsor, Bengaluru was a wonderful experience. The hotel beautifully combines classic heritage charm with modern comfort, making it a memorable place to stay.

From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome, and the check-in process was smooth and pleasant. The staff was courteous and made us feel comfortable right from the start.

One of the biggest highlights of the hotel is its location. Surrounded by lush greenery, the property offers a peaceful atmosphere while still being well-connected to the city's major business districts and attractions. It truly feels like a calm retreat in the middle of Bengaluru.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, there was one aspect that could be improved. I had specifically booked a room with a balcony, but the balcony was connected to another occupied room. This meant there was very little privacy, which was a bit disappointing as I was looking forward to enjoying a private outdoor space. A separate or more private balcony arrangement would certainly enhance the guest experience.

The food was excellent, and the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Every meal was enjoyable, and the dining experience was one of the highlights of our stay.

Overall, ITC Windsor offers warm hospitality, comfortable rooms, a beautiful green setting, and excellent food, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. While the shared balcony design was the only drawback during our stay, everything else was well managed and enjoyable.

It's a property that offers excellent value for money, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Bengaluru.

The property is so beautiful, ITC has fully committed to the colonial theme for this one and every area reflects the amazing British architecture. We were lucky to have been upgraded to a suite room, which is so lovely. Had an amazing check in experience, thanks to Asna and Pranathi.

The only thing that could have been better is the food, which if compared to other hotels in Blr like Taj, Oberoi or Leela is not at the same level.
