Excellent customer service across the board!
Pros:

This was one of the best hotel experiences! I was there with my wife for the Drexel graduation where she was the keynote speaker. Upon check in Nezha was very sweet and made sure we were well taken care of. Later that evening we had drinks at the bar. Rey made some of the best drinks I’ve ever had and he was so knowledgeable and fun to discuss different drinks and bourbons with. Floricia was another bartender who was very sweet and served us her signature drink that was delicious, spicy and peachy. Everyone was so friendly and provided excellent customer service. Ty was a wealth of knowledge and provided great customer service as well.

Great stay with amazing service!
Pros:

Someone actually booked this hotel for me since I was speaking at an engagement and Nezha at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly , we knew it was going to be a great stay. We were actually late to dinner because we wanted to keep chatting with her. Her customer service was impeccable and started our trip out wonderfully.
Then after dinner we decided to check out the bar and have a drink before calling it a night. That turned out to be a 3 hour event!! Floricia and Rey, the bartenders, were not only attentive but they were interested in what we liked, getting us to try new things and joined us in celebrating Drexels graduation. Ty was great as well. I would highly recommend staying here!

ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking
Pros:

In our annual trip to Philly, the Sheraton team always exceeds expectations. From Tyree and Jonathon in the front office to the backbone of their hospitality - Teresa, Jackie, Margaret and Sharon - the crew treats our students and faculty like family. And not to forget Chef Rodney and Cheyenne for all they do to make ABA's and our bankers' time at the Sheraton a win! Thank you all and see you next May!

Pros:

Great location for the campuses and train station. Clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Sangkee in the building!

Cons:

I was satisfied overall. Other than maybe plusher towels and a nicer view, I can't think of much I would change.

No longer a 4 star hotel
Pros:

The great:
Staff provided 5 star service. Staff brought a coat rack and ironing board they found in storage so I could hand clothes up.

The good:
bed was comfortable and shower was good, clean enough ( some dust ,dirt on floor and bed side tables, found someone’s earring back) I was in a “ new room” so likely to get worse with time

The bad:
rooms too small for yoga, no restaurant on site, concierge lounge doesn’t offer breakfast, street noise at night, even on high floors

The horrible:
Not designed for people planning to spend more than one night or bring clothes, computers etc. The closet was blocked by the mini fridge so you can’t hang clothes or hide a suitcase, there was no luggage rack, no desk to work at, no iron or ironing board, the vanity is too small to use for hair or make up. Generally feels like a low-end property rather than a “4 star hotel” ( Fairfield or residence but without the space or free breakfast)
Will stay at the Hilton ne t time I stay at Penn
Note to “shrinkflation designers”: people use closets, don’t want to look at their clothes or luggage, need a desk to work and think in peace. Need to put luggage on a rack to decrease the chance of bed bugs and or block the door. Also don’t want LED light switches keeping them awake at night.

Wonderful hotel to host a special event!
Pros:

I recently attended a conference hosted at this hotel. The property is beautiful and perfect for a large group, but what really set it apart was the incredible service. Every single day, the staff greeted us warmly and took amazing care of us with a smile. A special shoutout to Sharon and Jackie who were incredibly attentive, warm, and kindhearted to us the entire time. It really made the whole experience that much more special. I can't thank them and the Sheraton staff enough for their hospitality and genuine care for our group. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to host an event!

Great Conference Staff
Pros:

I was here for the Stonier Graduate School of Banking for a full week. It's fun but also intense. Coming in to the cheery high fives, big smiles (and even hugs!) from Margaret, Jackie, Teresa and Sharon made such a difference in the mood of the conference. Chef Rodney popped out mid-week to ask me how everything was going. Having been in the banquet world in a previous life, I know the long days and time of your feet... it never showed on their faces. Thank you! -Jim

Outstanding Service and Hospitality at Sheraton University City
Pros:

I was in town for a banking conference program. The conference experience at the Sheraton University City was exceptional from start to finish. The professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality displayed by the entire team created an atmosphere that was welcoming, organized, and conducive to a successful event.

Special recognition is deserved for Teresa, Margaret, Jackie, Sharon, Chef, and Rodney, whose dedication and commitment to excellence were evident throughout our time at the venue. Each team member went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the conference ran smoothly, from event coordination and guest services to food preparation and facility management.

Teresa, Margaret, Jackie, and Sharon consistently demonstrated outstanding customer service, responsiveness, and a positive attitude that made all attendees feel valued and supported. Chef’s and Rodney’s professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to assist wherever needed contributed greatly to the overall success of the conference.

Because of the efforts of these remarkable individuals, our event exceeded expectations. Their teamwork, expertise, and commitment to excellence reflect the very best of the Sheraton University City. We are deeply grateful for their contributions and look forward to future opportunities to work with this outstanding team.
