I really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, it was a good experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, which I really appreciated. The food was okay, although it could have been better. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying there again.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several issues during my three-day stay at the Holiday Inn. When I first arrived, my room assignment was incorrect, and I had to be moved to another room.
The first room I was given had several problems. The telephone was not working, and the TV was also not working properly. In addition, the toilet became clogged and had to be addressed.
Another major concern was the housekeeping service. During my entire three-day stay, no one came to clean my room or empty the trash. I expected basic housekeeping service during my stay, so this was very disappointing.
Overall, while the hotel had some positive qualities, these issues significantly affected my experience.

My stay did not include breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom was completely filthy. The tub has stains in tub..good thing my friends and I had taken a shower right before we left our state to get there l. Good thing we were only staying for one night so we didn’t have to use the shower. The outlet was completely broken and when I told the girl at the front desk about it, she didn’t even ask which plug. She didn’t care at all.

Location was great for our purposes. Water pressure was excellent. Beds were comfortable

Cons:

Curtains in the room didn’t close. , there were burn marks on the floor, breakfast was appallingly bad.

Saggy mattress, slow staff, not even an attempt to accommodate for early checkin, traveled far, arrived early 12:30-1 an

Not bright and cheery; more like dark and dreary. Definitely dated and need of fresh paint and new colors scheme and decor …landscaping maintenance needed desperately , lighting in the parking lot needed, rooms were drab and stale , me eye appeal whatsoever

Friendly staff, good breakfast, ok rooms.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, the staff were all very kind and accommodating. The pool was clean and well kept.

Cons:

We arrived and our room AC was broken, but the staff found us another working room. When we arrived to that room the tub was not clean and had hairs in it. The bathroom was dirty and the room had a slight funky musty smell.

Dated, Dismal and dirty
Pros:

Do not book to stay here, if you have booked, cancel and go elsewhere.
It's dated, dirty and dismal.
The room was dirty and unhygienic. It had an awful, damaged bath tub, completely empty soap dispenser over the hand basin, pilling (bobbly like an old jumper) all over the mattress which was most uncomfortable through just a thin sheet, TV remote not working, broken lampshades. I could go on and on !
The only solution for this hotel is that it is closed down and completely remodeled!

Cons:

Wanted buffet breakfast, not menu breakfast. Found out they only serve buffet breakfast on weekends. Would have looked at other hotels if I had known in advance. Said they had shuttle to casino, also found out only on Friday and Saturday. Never any towels at pool. Need to update rooms especially the carpet.
