Great location, beautiful and modern apartment and very comfortable bed and sofa bed. While we arrived an hour early, the staff was kind enough to let us check in.
No sound proofing at all, we couldn’t sleep throughout our stay due to loud noise, traffic and police sirens all night. While I understand that the apartment is on the main street, it would be great to have more insulation for a better guest experience and truly do justice to such a great property.
The AC in the apartment was also subpar. It worked better only if the door between the bedroom and living room was left open.

Very well located, in the center of Madrid, next to bars, restaurants, shops, bus and metro stations, absolutely anything you need is next door. Be aware that there are 2 hotels with the same name, one at no 42, one at 14. We were at 42, but we first went to 14. I really don’t know which one I booked as I got a few updates of the booking in my calendar, so they might have just changed the location without noticing it. I am mentioning this as the one at no 14 looked more luxurious, at least the reception. The apartment was well equipped with almost everything you need, but still could use some improvement. The cleaning was well done and the staff was really welcoming, friendly, helpful and polite. So, the best parts of this hotel is the staff and the location.
Even though we asked for an apartment facing the back (the front is on the main street and it is very busy and loud), it was still noisy due to the restaurant/bar from the 10th floor. You could hear the music and the voices until late in the night and starting again around 7 in the morning before breakfast. Also, the apartment we had could use some improvement, as changing the floor tiles, the couch and the coffee table and could use an extra dressing. I also didn’t like the fact that they have a coffee espresso not widely known (it is not Nespresso) and they only provide 2 capsules for free, if you want more you have to pay for them.

Perfekt in der Stadtmitte
Apsolutno sve je za čistu desetku! Lokacija je savršena jer je bukvalno sve u pešačkom dometu, a odnos cene i kvaliteta je i više nego opravdan. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, predusretljivo i profesionalno. Sam smeštaj je fantastičan, besprekorno čist i udoban – kada se sledeći put vratim u Madrid, sigurno više neću menjati lokaciju niti tražiti drugi smeštaj.
Jedina sitnica je što se ponekad malo duže čeka na lift, pošto ga koriste i gosti koji idu u restoran na vrhu zgrade. Međutim, to je potpuno zanemarljivo u odnosu na opšti utisak koji je savršen.
