Beautiful Hotel Stay
Pros:

Everything! Very clean, staff very kind and professional. there was a young lady to check me in and check me out named Cashmere and she was amazing.

Cons:

Everything. I stay there every time University of Louisville is invited to the music city bowl. This was my 3rd stay!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience we have had during our stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, this has been a terrible hotel experience and has fallen well below what I expected from a Sheraton property.


When we first checked into our room, there was a strong mildew/musty smell that made the room uncomfortable. We contacted the staff, and we were moved to another room. While we appreciated being relocated, we then encountered additional problems in the second room.


The bathroom sink was stopped up and did not drain properly. In addition, there was no iron or ironing board in the room. We contacted Guest Services and requested that an iron and ironing board be brought to us, but we never received them.


After waiting without receiving the requested items, one of us ultimately had to walk back to the front desk, obtain a key to our original room, return to that room, and personally retrieve the iron and ironing board. This was extremely inconvenient and should not have been necessary for a paying guest.


Having to change rooms because of a mildew odor, deal with a clogged bathroom sink, discover missing basic room amenities, and then retrieve those amenities ourselves has made this stay very disappointing.


We chose the Sheraton because we expected a certain level of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. I would appreciate management reviewing these concerns and providing appropriate compensation or an adjustment to our bill for the inconvenience and poor quality of our stay.

Room was clean, restaurant was good with excellent food . Just wasn't kept up as well .
Pros:

Room was large,Pool was nice.

Cons:

All the construction and things broken. Service that didn't pick up trash in elevator and radium glasses sitting in halls and tables and seemed did not have enough staff. The ones they had did not understand english well.

Will be back again and will recommend to anyone traveling to Nashville.
Pros:

Our first dinner at the bar was amazing, giant portions, great prices. Tons of pool chairs and even free couches. Staff was friendly and always willing to assist.

Pros:

All fine accommodation but we have been charged 50% extra on our bill and I've tried numerous times to speak to someone about it, both at Booking.com and Sheraton, and no-one is acknowledging my email.
