My friends’ flight was delayed and I arrived early to this hotel. I wasn’t feeling well and needed to access the room. I was initially told that if I could get my friend on the the phone to add my name to the room that I could get in right away. The attendant stepped away and after getting my friend on the phone, I spoke to Assistant Manager Keroles Riad and was told that I would have to pay the current room rate until my friend arrived. What?? Why should I have to pay twice for a room just to lay down? He was not understanding compassionate, or accommodating. My friend has been a Marriott Bonvoy Member for years and is a frequent traveler who patronizes this location when I’m town. I am highly disappointed and inconvenienced by someone who is a representative with no compassion. He didn’t even care after I told him that I was writing a review. I’ve been in Management for years and this is a bad business practice. I will definitely tell my family, friends, and clients about how I was treated at this establishment.

We stayed at this hotel with family and friends for a wedding, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
The room had a strong unpleasant odor, similar to sewage, and did not feel clean. We also found cockroaches in the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unacceptable for a paid stay.
In addition, several of our guests experienced major delays during check-in. Although the check-in time is listed as 3 PM, some rooms were not ready until 7–8 PM, and guests had to wait for hours before being accommodated.
Overall, the cleanliness and service did not match the price charged. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.
Check in time was 2.00pm. we arrived @ 3.00pm, got our room @ 6.00.Kept on telling us room were not ready !!! Kept on telling us it will be ready soon !

Paid parking to access my room, we're if I had a room in the front of the building I had free parking, the indoor pool and hot tub was out of order and was not disclosed at time of booking or check in. Also, our room smelled very musty. And the breakfast is also a separate change of 20$ per person and it's a regular complementary breakfast that would be included at any other 4+ hotel chain. And no microwave!!!

I’m with the RCA and your staff was terrific! Osama and Enas were especially helpful and friendly. After one short conversation Osama called me by name for the rest of the week. Great people!
