Will be back again and will recommend to anyone traveling to Nashville.
Pros:

Our first dinner at the bar was amazing, giant portions, great prices. Tons of pool chairs and even free couches. Staff was friendly and always willing to assist.

Pros:

All fine accommodation but we have been charged 50% extra on our bill and I've tried numerous times to speak to someone about it, both at Booking.com and Sheraton, and no-one is acknowledging my email.

I would choose to stay here again.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, well maintained. Very large so a lo of walking. Very cordial staff.
Rooms quiet.

Cons:

Charge for self parking. You still have to walk a good distance wherever you park.
No complimentary coffee/tea station.
Breakfast to expensive for overnight guest.

Very nice, clean hotel. Lots of walking to the rooms.
Pros:

Very beautiful property. Clean room, nice area. The room was spacious. The pool was nice and clean, we love the cabana like seating. The bar area was nice as well, we were able to curate our own drinks since there were no house drinks other than beer and wine. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The kids really enjoyed the hotel adventure here.

Cons:

The location of the room from the elevator was super far away. It felt like we walked for ages before we got to an elevator to ride down to the bottom floor. I am happy I did not have my grandparents in tow because it would not have been easy getting them to a room that far away. Also there were stairs on the short cuts so that would not have been handicapped friendly. The indoor pool was down during our stay. I wish we were told about it being closed before making the hike to the pool before having to go to the outdoor pool. It was a bit windy so we were hoping for the indoor pool. Just a suggestion.. we booked for 4 people for a couple of days our room only had 2 towels so we had to ask for towels several times, it would be nice to have 1 towel per guest in the room.

Comfortable welcoming with pets and good onsite food. All you need as a traveler

Love the location for travel through but not visitation of Nashville. This is my second stay. I love it

There is no pet fee, accommodations are cool and comfortable and the onsite restaurant and free breakfast are very good. The staff is consistently awesome from checking to cleaning staff to restaurant and shop. I highly recommend this stay. Lot of space to walk my pups and even grounds to let them off leash as well behaved pups. Everyone is very welcoming .
