Pros:

The stay was good. Room very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I didn't like having to pay for parking. I think a guest should be able.to park free if they're paying for a room. Also, I had to pay for overnight parking and they paid for long term parking for the wrek.

Cons:

States is a pet friendly however not transparent with non refundable pet sanitation fees was hidden upon check out which are outrageous high, it was 100$ and parking fees not included. Is outdoors lot!, why?

This place is run down and completely filthy!
Pros:

The temperature was comfortable. The only positive thing I could come up with.

Cons:

This place is run down and completely disgusting. Absolutely filthy. Did not receive the room pictured in the booking. Two towels for 3 people. If we hadn’t arrived so late, we would’ve booked another room somewhere else. The glass door to the balcony was filthy and covered with sticky hand prints. Glasses in the room were visibly dirty. All the floors were dirty. The carpet in the rooms and the floors throughout the hotel. Pillows were lumpy and horrible. I would tell anyone to run from this place!

Great Place to Stay, will be back!
Pros:

We had a room on the 'first' floor and it was great. Centerally located near both pools, restraurant, convention rooms, etc. Our room came with free breakfast, which was a fantastic buffet spread. Outdoor space was really nice. Pool was great, plenty of chairs. Courtyard great to sit and relax. The shuttle to/from the airport was a breeze. Quick uber ride to downtown. Close to the airport but super quiet in the room.

Cons:

The hot tub area needs some updating. When we went around 6:30pm, there were no towels left and no one refilled them so we had to drip dry. There are no snack machines that we could find (only drinks), so you're forced to go to the little market for snacks if you want them. Paid over $7 for a 20oz soda.
