Repeat visit at Crowne Plaza, would recommend based on cleanliness, staff and location.
Pros:

Friendly front desk and breakfast staff. Breakfast was great and rooms were cleaned daily, which a lot of hotels don’t do anymore.

They should do better!
Pros:

Room was great. Heat wasn’t working but they worked on it to make it right. Someone pulled a fire alarm the first night there and everyone made their way downstairs. It was clear the desk staff hadn’t been trained on what to do. Not good! On our 3 nights stay the restaurant was closed two of them. Apparently they have one chief and one bartender. I can’t believe this is a Crown Plaza. I was at an event with 60 people who were mostly over 65 years old attending and most stayed in the hotel. Many had flown in and didn’t have a car. They struggled to get food. Do better!

We had fun. It was great.
Pros:

Room was spacious and the parking lot was sufficient

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. I paid extra for breakfast and honestly I have seen complimentary breakfasts at other hotels that had more food and more options

Only if this is the only option.
Pros:

Nothing special here. It is a spot that needs quite a bit of TLC, Worn and tired. The parking lot is in poor condition. It was so full of potholes I was concerned about our car. Staff was very nice. A shout out to Connie in the bar/restaurant. She was by herself, but served us well..

A star manager; a backwards door
Pros:

We booked a room with a walk-in shower because my wife is mobility impaired.
We had been notified that her sister was failing and wanted to visit before it was "too late" so our booking was on short notice and non-refundable.
So the first part of this review is about a considerate manager (I regret not getting her name) who allowed us to cancel and get a refund on that booking when my wife's sister died the next day and we did not yet have the info on when the funeral would be.
When we got the details, we re-booked, which leads to the "negative" part of this review, about the room design.
The bathroom door, on the bathroom with a handicapped accessible walk-in shower, is hung on the wrong side, so that the open door blocks the way from the room into the bath when open. Grr.
