Great place to spend the night when you are just passing through
Pros:

This hotel was located near some friends that we visited. This is basically a business hotel. It is not "walkable" in the traditional sense. The room was clean. We only stayed on night and left too early to take advantage of any breakfast, if there was one.

Cons:

We were on the gym level (4th floor?) near the conference rooms, so that was a little weird. Getting in and out of the garage required a ticket and was not straightforward. Very few staff are around. Self-serve for most functions. At night, there was only one bartender and one waitress in the bar/lobby area, which was full of business travelers, and with only one server, the service was slow.

The staff go above and beyond. Front desk crew is amazing!

One of the things that impressed us most was the consistency of the service. Every interaction, whether it was a simple question at the front desk or assistance from housekeeping, was met with a genuine smile and a willingness to help. It’s rare to find a hotel where every employee seems to take such pride in their work, and it truly shows.

The recent renovations have given the hotel a fresh, modern feel while still maintaining the comfort and warmth that makes you want to return. The common areas are inviting, the property is exceptionally well maintained, and it’s clear that management is committed to providing an outstanding guest experience.

The hotel’s location is another major advantage. It offers convenient access to downtown Boston, nearby hospitals, universities, shopping, and major highways, while still being situated in a quiet area that allows guests to relax after a busy day.

What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the people. They don’t just provide excellent customer service—they create a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel like family. By the end of our stay, we felt less like customers and more like valued friends.

Without hesitation, I can say this has been one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Whether you’re visiting Boston for business, leisure, or an extended stay, the Sheraton Boston Needham is an outstanding choice. The combination of exceptional staff, beautifully updated facilities, comfortable accommodations, and genuine hospitality makes this hotel one that we will gladly return to and enthusiastically recommend to others.

Cecilia when we checked in was fabulous! Eddy our server at breakfast was very efficient and personable

Cons:

There were no sheets available for pull out couch. The other room I reserved had to request bedding. A couple of times.
