Cons:

Parking entry and exit with room card is wonky, zero complimentary coffee is a deal breaker, and no breakfast. Not worth the price paid.

Hotel has advertised itself as being close to public transport and very central. That is entirely not the case. A 1 mile walk is not close.

It was where we needed to be. I don't regret the stay but I will look at other places next time.
Pros:

The breakfast offerings were very nice. The room was clean and straightened up the 2nd night as well.

Cons:

The prices of the breakfast offerings and parking fees. This is not a hotel in the city with limited space. You had to drive to get to this hotel; parking should be free.

Overall a good stay, but communication about parking fees and check-in could be improved.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and the overall stay was good.

Cons:

They advertised the parking fee as discounted, but in reality it was not reduced at all. That was disappointing. There was also confusion with the room assignment during check-in.

Relaxing in a calm and comfortable environment.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and accomodating to our family, which included a very active 2-year old. The room was very comfortable and so clean. The housekeepers were friendly and efficient. And the location was perfect for visiting our family and friends around the Needham/Newton/Brookline/West Roxbury area. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip.

Cons:

I wish the club had been open over the weekend, but we were given vouchers for the breakfast area so we still were able to have a hearty meal before venturing out for the day.

For the location it was very good value.

Cons:

Room was not obviously checked before my arrival. I had no heat the first night. Parking is expensive and not convenient.

Disappointing
Pros:

The hotel itself was fine. Rooms were fine.

Cons:

Our stay includes breakfast. Other family members booked on a different site and their reservations included breakfast also. However there were two different breakfasts going on. Neither of us had any idea that we wouldn’t be in the same breakfast. Staff was unhelpful. And they were virtually the same.

In addition there was a fire alarm. There was no direction from any staff about what to do or if there was an actual fire. Customers going up and down. Nobody knew what to do. God forbid there was ever a real issue. Finally someone said everything was okay.

Great for a weekend trip. Hotel is very well kept and very clean. Excellent staff.
Pros:

Front desk staff and the restaurant staff were super friendly and accomodating. Hotel is very clean. Property is very clean.

Cons:

I think $17 for parking is quite expensive. Also did not like having my room across from the fitness center and near the pool.
